I thought I'd just check in on this thread to see what you cute little christian folk are up to and the first thing I see is sheer blasphemy. Yuck.

Ken Tamplin (of Shout and Magadallan) with his first solo album. Basically picks up where Shout left off in 1990.

Love Tamplin's voice and his guitar sound is AWESOME!!!

Ok so Age Of Faith are a couple of young bible bashers called Jimi Ray and Rick Harwell who  must have had a blast recording this pretending to be a bible bashing version of Nelson. Some big name players on it though like David and Dan Huff, Bill Baumgart, Bob Carlisle, all in all not a bad album...

One Bad Pig were a truly unique band blending punk, thrash and pop to come up with their varied sound. This is a track off their best album, Swine Flew, released in 1990.

Yup, this solo release pretty much sounded like a third Shout album ... and I'm perfectly OK with that.

20/20 Blind with this track from 1994. Again, I think it might have been a one and done album.

I Am Blind is a rlly good song

This is Creed from Germany with their ballad Broken Heart. Released in 1990. The same song also features on the excellent Heavenly Metal Ballads compilation.

These guys definitely had a unique sound. Could never really get into them much, but they did have a few good songs, with my favorite being "Let's Be Frank."

Their sense of humour was also great. Loved their cover of Man in Black that features Johnny Cash himself.

Barren Cross were Christian metal's answer to Iron Maiden. Oddly enough, while I never cared much for Iron Maiden, I've always liked B.C.

You picked my favourite song of theirs from their best album.

I agree that it's their best album. My favorite tracks are actually a couple of the deeper cuts--"Heaven or Nothing" and "King of Kings." Really, not a bad song on there. I think the only one that makes me reach for the Skip button is "Cultic Regimes."

I love Somewhere Far Away
The only way to listen to it is if you skip to a certain amount into the album posted on YT or if you're on https://www.christianclassicrock.net/
