It wasn't for the better, but definitely on par with Shotgun Messiah for the magnitude of change. In fact, I'd say this is the biggest leap of any band here (who didn't go down the grunge route... well, not exactly... but kind of)-

I have both and while I reckon they pulled off the change pretty well I like the debut far more.
