Water = humidity in my book. Besides, it WAS severe humidity from a very damp basement which ruined some of my inserts, and I DID say the front insert was all stuck together and questioned whether separating them was possible. Oh, and I definitely mentioned wear on the jewel case (recheck the description), although that is a minor concern. The CD is completely fine. Yeah, nowhere in your description do you mention any water damaged to the inserts or wear on the jewel case. I'm sorry but it looks like you're at fault here.

It spends all day in my pocket - as long as the song/album shows up that's all that bothers me. Maybe Im just a simple man......... Yep. Use whatever works for you. I've never heard of MediaMonkey. I'll have to give it a try, if it's even half as good as you boys are suggesting.

I use iTunes. Definitely not the best, but it's convenient, considering I have an iPod and iPhone. I use Windows Media Player to rip my CDs because it atomatically organizes them in nice, clean, easy to acess folders.

That must be nice. After the recent crash our dollar has just dropped. Our CAD had been stronger than the USD, which made online shopping a lot less stressful, but now it's below, again. Oh, well, I assume it will climb back up. At least it'll always be stronger than your Aussie dollar.
