  1. Ted's real showman, just saw him with D2 & solo at the melodic rock fest over in chicago. Another tour but unconfirmed is that Crown Of Thorns could be doing Melbourne & Sydney... anyone here know if this band can pull atleast 300? I've seen c of t a few times & they rock, thier set is dominated by the self titled debut.
  2. CRACKLING OAT BRAN Loved that stuff. Wasn't aware they still made it. Haven't seen it at my grocer in 20+ years. Captain Crunch and Cinnamon Toast Crunch are current faves.
  3. Lenny Kravitz Greatest Hits Mitch Malloy st Night Ranger Dawn Patrol
  4. Just listening to this now. Like what I hear so far. Look forward to their full length debut.
  5. He went way too early in my book. Nothing wrong in taking a chance on a guy but why waste a first round pick (albeit a late one) on him? Perhaps they thought with Brady Quinn and Kyle Orton they could afford the time to bring Tebow along slowly? Suspect move. Maybe with Cutler still playing but Orton and Quinn? But what the hell do I know?
  6. Okay. I apologize for: 1)being too lazy to do an actual search for a topic that MUST already be on this site somewhere and 2) hijacking your thread to bring Human Centipede to everyone's attention. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wmTv2nqTHo All I can say is WTF?

  10. Bought the Astbury song off Itunes but haven't listened to it yet. No disrespect to Myles Kennedy (like the two tunes I sampled) but why not just set up a mike stand in front of Todd Kerns already.
  11. Awesome addition! Thanks Jez. These guys are from my hometown. Also, one of my favorite cds. Not in my top ten but high ranking nonetheless.
  12. Got my tickets today! Amped up for this one alright. I see LA Guns are playing Friday night at the Penny Road Pub in South Barrington with 3 other openers (none of which are Danger Danger). And with Ted Poley confirmed for the meet and greet VIP event Friday, safe to assume the LA Guns/D2 gig at Portage Theater fell through. Oh well. Just means D2 will be ready to blow the roof off the Roadhouse on Saturday night. ...and then Y&T tears down the walls right after them. Can. Not. Wait.
  13. Social Code - Rock n Roll. I'm on my second spin now. Pretty underwhelmed on this one. Thoroughly disappointed.
