Dead Planet
I'm not surprised that Heaven and Hell is running away with this poll but I was a fan long before Dio showed up and I choose 'Master of Reality' with 'Sabotage' a close second..... Evil Rick
I've been on a big Sabbath kick lately. I'm currently playing all of their releases in order from their first album all the way to Cross Purposes (minus Dehumanizer). Very interesting just hearing the progression/declines/improvements/changes from album to album. I'd have to say my favorites would be... Ozzy era: "Volume 4" Dio era: toss up on this, I'd love cheat and pick "Live Evil" but both H&H and Mob Rules are equally great Gillan era: Born Again (...and what an era! ) Martin era: "Eternal Idol" slightly over "Headless Cross"

I also got the new 'Rules Of Hell' box set (really cheap), as I didn't have the 'Live Evil' album. The new remastered versions of 'H&H', 'Mob Rules' and 'Dehumanizer' sound awesome. Anyways:: Ozzy era: 'Sabbath Bloody Sabbath' Dio era: 'Heaven And Hell' Gillian era: 'Born Again' - not a lot of choice here, but not a bad album Martin era: 'Headless Cross', but 'Tyr' is also really good
Evil Rick
Oops, I just realized I had Ian's last name spelled wrong. It's supposed to be Gillan, not Gillian, as it is incorrectly stated on the Brutal Metal site.

The mix just ruins it for me even though there are 4 or 5 decent songs.

ZERO THE HERO" That's the song that the notes in the booklet claim was ripped off by GNR with "Paradise City". Say what? Those songs sound nothing alike. Who wrote the liner notes, a crack baby? The beginning riff of the song is very similar to what they have going on in Paradise City, but as to it being ripped off, I just don't know about that. Of course imitation is the most sincere form of flattery or something stupid like that. By the way, Gillen Gillan sings his ass off on this cd!
