Of course.  Am getting into "Letters" more than most by the sounds of it.  Love the lyrics, just think it's more evening listening than morning.  Which is why this morning I played:-

 

MOTLEY CRUE "Theatre of Pain"

MOTLEY CRUE "Girls, Girls, Girls"

 

P.s. Anyone read Motley's book "Dirt"? How these guys managed to record albums at all is amazing, given they state they were in...  Anyone into metal in the 80's needs to read this book.

Tim, sorry for the late reply. I agree 100%! The lyrics are so incredible. Just a straight-forward, from-the-heart disc. The song "Thank You Note" still kills me when I listen to it (because I've personalized it so much.) But, I can honestly identify with (personalize) many of the lyrics on that disc to situations in my life. ("Best Thing You Never Had" is right behind TYN on the personalization list!)

 

Yeah, it may be a evening listen more so than a morning listen, but I qualify it more by feeling than time of day. When I'm in a reflective mood or want to search for a certain mood, "Letters" is perfect. (I certainly wouldn't make it a first choice if I was trying to get pumped or for a certain event or as stress relief after a hard day at work. Although, "Uncomfortable Numb" is quite the little rocker - even moreso live!)

 

That's why I'm listening to:
