Saw an interview with Tommy and John 5 and John said that this new single was just the band playing in the studio.

It was like the 2nd or 3rd take of the band just playing.

What a load of shit. Nikki on bass?

Does anyone actually think that Vince is capable of singing though a song to create a studio quality recording? Let alone in a few takes?

Anyway, I really like the song after a few goes.

The song is just kinda “meh”, but I must admit I do enjoy the video. I giggle every time I see this part… 😂

Sounds better to me...only one thing...it doesn't sound like Motley Crue...be that now or in the 80's.

I am guessing it may be AI generated. It reminds me more of Dokken than MC.

Top 5 radio hit??? On what stations?

Tell me you have no creativity left, so you just do another predictable cover song!

Just release the other song already. Stupid to promote it like the EP is coming out with new songs. It’s literally one more song we are waiting for now. And I use the term “waiting for” loosely!

oh and how lazy can you be to have that be the video?

That's not the video. It's just an audio track. Pretty much all bands do that now.

Have to agree.

Although my expectations were that it would be absolutely horrible like Dogs of War lol.

Still far away from classic Motley Crue but I at least made it all the way through this one so that's a positive.

Still nothing to write home about but at least it rocks fairly well and there's a semblance of a song there.

It's ok. I think people know I am a massive Crue fan, and I like a lot of stuff by them that people hate (the Generation Swine album for example) but the only newer original song I have cared about them in recent years was The Dirt. Everything else has been either meh or crap. I did also like their cover of Like a virgin, which I know a lot of peeps didn't like, so it's not like I am just craving the good old days.

I would be happy if we could get a song close to Afraid, Saints of Los Angeles or the aforementioned The Dirt. I think songs like that will be few and far between sadly.

I think people know I am a massive Crue fan, and I like a lot of stuff by them that people hate (the Generation Swine album for example) but the only newer original song I have cared about them in recent years was The Dirt.       Stumbled upon these guys on the Instagrams. Pretty good mix of Modern Rock and Metal with blazing guitars and heavy double-bass drums, and Pop Punk-style vocals.

      Great album upon first few spins..I mean how good/catchy is the track "Lets Go Rent A Video" especially for those of us who actually remember doing that lol
