auslander
Let's rule out supergroups or side-projects. What do you consider to be the best debut from new talent in 2022? I'm tossing up between Classless Act, Deraps and Vypera at the moment. Any others?

whiplash1972
Gunshine by a country mile… Deraps would probably be my second pick
Geoff
Had to scroll down my list quite a bit this year, but when I saw the answer it was very clear. Probably a bit modern for some, but certainly not I. Elsewhere, I also really like- White Tyger - This Is The Life
heavyharmonies
Whiler there a bunch of "new to me" groups where I hadn't heard their prior efforts, there aren't many "new" groups that rose above "meh" tier for me thus far. Those that did: Altzi Bloodywood (not HH genre, but still exceptionally good) Fatal Vision Ginevra (not sure if this is considered a side-project/supergroup or not)

But I agree that it's a great album.

Kinda reminds me musically of early Tora Tora meets AC/DC but I hear some Axel Rose too in those vocals. Album isn't too bad. I feel like it falls off a bit in the second half but there's a few good tunes and definitely some potential here.
