I'm glad Atlanta beat Seattle! Still don't like Pete Carroll.

Looks like New England will move on.

Hoping for Green bay to beat Dallas tomorrow afternoon.

Hoping for Kansas City to beat Pittsburgh tomorrow night.

Now THAT was a fucking incredible game. Geebus.

Which one the GB over Dallas shoot out or Chris Boswells 18 points of field goals!

Next week will be a killer 2 games no doubt!

AFC:

Pittsburgh @ New England ~ I am quite certain my opinion is known on who I will be rooting for...

NFC:

Green Bay goes to Atlanta ~ Tough to say, knee jerk reaction is GB as Rodgers is one lucky SOB, but those Falcons can score a boatload of points...

  • 2 weeks later...

3 days til the big fiasco I mean game in Houston.

Two rules of thought prevail when predicting the outcome:

1. Goodell's reign will continue to influence the outcome and Mr Brady will saunter off into the sunset with two buckets full of accolades with a Patrots victory.

Or

2. And the preferred option is Hotlanta humiliates Bill and Tom ala the way the Seahawks manhandled Peyton and the Broncos a few years back.

Yes that was a very entertaining and historical game for sure. Tom is a stud and the records he holds will be very tuff to surpass as will those of Coach B.

Really unclear why Hotlanta stalled after half time though as they were in the drivers seat no doubt. Almost like someone flipped a switch.

Favorite moment: Roger Goodell showered in boos as he handed off the Lombardi trophy. Simply classic as he is a world class chump.

That we can agree on. Goodell is the worst. Total asshat.

    • Well, the first two "Giant" albums are quintessential, as is the "Hardline" debut. Akdo Nova's "Blood on the Bricks" is one of my all time favourites, Lizzy Borden is awesome as is the Mark/Marcie Free fronted "King Kobra".
    • So some may remember that Tyketto toured recently and aside from Forever Young, I never delved into this band. So I did, so I'd know the songs in concert and was blown away. A great band with an awesome catalog that I had missed out on. To be fair, in the 80's it was a lot harder to access and find out about a lot of the more fringe bands, that's my excuse anyway. So I now am faced with digging deeper into some other bands I've overlooked. Some of these I gave a go, and wasn't really impressed, but now I'm starting fresh with an open mind. So below is a list of bands I have eitehr never bothered with, or never really gave a proper go. Lizzy Borden is on the list and I have done a bit of their stuff and like it a lot, so I will definately dig deeper into them (I've got some older stuff and some newer stuff, but have skipped quite a few albums) But the others, fire away, tell me which bands have killer material that I'll froth and how stppid I've been to skip them. • I like the album art. I love when contemporary Glam Metal bands have album art with a genuine 80s vibe to it.
    • Nope, for a while, I used to think Rapunzel from Tangled (2010) was hot... But then I stopped being attracted to cartoon characters.
    • This is definitely the first time I've heard about it, I'll have to give it a listen!
