Yeah, business as usual here. Doesn't do too much for me, to be honest, but he's doing his thing.

Solid. I'm getting a bit of Edguy too. It's okay, but not sure it's for me.

Hope your cats are okay, cob. Interesting post, though. You're not condoning the thieves shooting at a dog because the dog might have got in the way of their theft, are you?

There's some nasty action going on in that band photo. But yeah, that's really cool. First two songs are real nice. Sound quality of third is a bit rough, but yeah, 'Sizzle's the pick. Did you find a copy of the EP, digitally?

Yeah, I remember previous similar discussions. Agree with Howdy on a lot of this. I don't dislike that Gotthard got a similar voice to Steve Lee, but I can't think of a decent song the band has recorded since his untimely death. Nothing wrong with their sound, just everything wrong with the songs. Exact same with Warrant and Great White. Well, not exactly the same because Warrant have about 3-5 decent songs post-Jani, but he was the main, if not sole songwriter in that band, and they weren't able to replace that. Like I say, a couple of okay songs here and there since, but nothing in the same hemisphere as the stuff with Jani. As for Great White, imo purely, they've been terrible since JR left. I love XYZ and would have loved to see that combo work. I would love nothing more to see these bands succeed, but like CTS said, a good music is good music. And, shit music is also shit music. It's kind of an old discussion, but very curious as to how Falling In Reverse became part of the discussion. New album's not light years away from what they usually release. Bigger production you could argue, but it's more or less par for the course for the band? Kind of. They don't have a single-lane par, but curious why they're part of the thread. Do not like. They're almost at the point of being a band not even worth checking out anymore.

A few months ago I posted a bucket list of five bands that I have not seen live before to my Facebook, three of them within the last month or so have announced tours and have bought tickets (as mentioned, Ghost, Babymetal and Rolling Quartz) and today I have booked number four from that list as now Electric Callboy have added a London date on their tour. Only Band Maid left on my bucket list now.
