For a cheapie, its not bad. Has its boring parts but has some creep factor too. A few parts will leave you thinking "You've got the be shitting me!!"

Yeah, being a 'Blair Witch' and 'Cloverfield' fan, I'm looking forward to it. And plus, did I mention the tickets were free? Hell yes!!!

Then you will probably like it. It does have some slow parts though.

I won't bash this, since it is very very suspenseful and the tension is palpable ala Blair Witch, but take the time to catch the original ending from 07'! Way, way, way better than the cheap scare ending from the current release.

Enjoy it once, talk about amongst your friends and then forget about it.

Certainly not even remotely close to the scariest movie of all time!

Hey mate, do you know if they show the alternate ending after the credits in the cinema? Please let me know asap so I know whether to stick around or not.

Sorry Geoff I don't know, watched it from the leisure of my couch last night.

Well, I'm with Terry and Chris. Aside from finding out my stomach is the biggest homosexual of all time and falling quite ill during this film (due to the camcorder bounce), I actually really liked it. Completely just recommended it to my brother.

If you don't like stuff like 'Blair Witch' and 'Cloverfield' just seriously don't bother, but if you like this "unique" spin on things that comes off looking extremely realistic, give this a go for sure. I guess I can see why some call it "slow" but that's also the whole point. It's not meant to be a (not literally) "cheap" thrill-a-minute horror film. It's shot to seem realistic and believable, and I personally thought it was great for what it is. The end was just awesome, and Terry, I'm hunting down the alternate ending tonight!

Thanks Jesus all the "good" bits happened while the camcorder was still.

Hey Rick, try this one:

The alternate ending seems to have been taken down most places due to copyright issues.

Now that I've seen that, I'm not sure which I prefer. I agree the new version is definitely aimed more at getting cheap thrills, but being the first one I saw I'm comfortable with it. The original 2007 ending is cool too... but different. I'll let them both sink in before I pick my fave.

    • Really good band, but haven't heard from them in an absolute age. Shame if all they're doing is a few covers.  The 'Bye bye bye' cover is killer.  'I want it that way' is a great song anyway, but their version is gold. Love that.  But just to prove you can't polish a dog turd, no one could make 'Thriller' sound listenable to me.  Amplified even more with 'Believer.' No Imagine Dragons song should ever be covered or allowed to be acknowledged that it was even actually recorded. Horrendous band and I hate the cover only a tiny bit less than the original, which is a tonne.
    • Kickin' riff. This is a cool tune indeed. New album sounding promising.
    • Doesn't do much for me. Not sure it's any better than what I've heard from the new BJ album... but I guess it's not too bad. Wouldn't play it again, though.
    • Bit 50/50 on it, myself. I prefer the stuff on Mick's solo album, but it's not a bad song. That kind of solo in a Motley song definitely sticks out... but not in a bad way. It's cool. I dig.
    • Did they actually break up? They were releasing albums annually and finally fixed up the production end but haven't heard from them for a while now. Always loved everything they released, personally.  Edit - yeah, 'Be Here' from 2020 seems to be the last album. Allegedly still active, but obviously no recent albums. Would love to hear them add to the discography.
    • Released back in 2019 on vinyl only in most of the world, the only place it could be purchased on CD was Japan. It is finally available on CD to the rest of the world with the addition of two bonus tracks. One is the usual "bonus" track of a live recording of Go man go, and the other is the song Don't give up which was released at the start of the pandemic as a single. https://townsendmusic.store/product/140275?lf=035f179d9c80928d2d3b155fa72b0731 Follow the breadcrumbs to a sonic treasure trove with Alice Cooper's "Breadcrumbs" EP, which will be available on CD for the first time ever, featuring additional bonus tracks on this edition! Originally released in 2019 as a limited-edition 10" vinyl record, "Breadcrumbs" is a tribute to the garage rock heroes of Alice Cooper's hometown of Detroit. The EP features six tracks that showcase Cooper's raw and energetic take on classic Detroit tunes, including Suzi Quatro's "Your Mama Won't Like Me", Bob Seger's "East Side Story", and the MC5's "Sister Anne". It also includes the two additional bonus tracks "Don’t Give Up", conveying Cooper’s message of hope and perseverance to his fans during the COVID-19 pandemic, and a live version of "Go Man Go" from his electrifying set at Hellfest 2022. The album featured a star-studded lineup of Detroit musicians, including Wayne Kramer of the MC5, Johnny "Bee" Badanjek of the Detroit Wheels, and Mark Farner of Grand Funk Railroad. "Breadcrumbs" marked the beginning of Alice Cooper's homecoming, a journey that culminated in the critically acclaimed studio album "Detroit Stories", released in 2020. This EP served as a taste of Cooper's profound affection for his hometown's rich musical heritage, making it an essential addition for any devoted fan of the shock rock icon.   1. Detroit City 2020 2. Go Man Go 3. East Side Story 4. Your Mama Won't Like Me 5. Devil With A Blue Dress On / Chains Of Love 6. Sister Anne 7. Don't Give Up (Bonus Track) 8. Go Man Go (Live At Hellfest 2022) (Bonus Track)
    • New song "Summerlovin" feat. Olli Herman, me likey...
    • Pretty awesome! I often fantasize about starting an AOR, but I know nothing about making music.
    • Not gonna lie, I kind of like it. Hardly classic Crue, more like something that would have appeared on the Corabi-fronted self-titled album, but it's not bad for an oldschool band trying a modern hard rock song. That being said, I expect my opinion to be a lonely one, and I understand why fans are dogging on it...
