Shotgun Messiah

Good call. While I'd prefer to hear the Skold line-up record again, I had 'Go, go go' from Zan Clan pop up in my Ipod the other day and it all but tore my head off. What a song.

I've said it before and I'll say it again but why not both singers.

Skold can play bass when Zan sings and Zan can leave stage when Skold sings.

Victory w/Huhn on vox

Oh hell backed... but I'd prefer with Garcia.

Garcia>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Huhn. :headbanger:

Nah..f**k Garcia.

I like the stuff with Huhn but they were tons better IMO with Garcia on vox.

Backed. All of Victory's albums are gold (except maybe the last one), but their three best albums are all with Garcia so that kind of says it all for me. :)

Here are a few I'd like to see:

1.) Triumph (rumor has it that this may happen)

2.) SR-71 (rumor has it that this will never happen)

3.) KIX ( )

4.) The Runaways (wouldn't work without Sandy West on Drums...RIP)

5.) Savatage ( any line-up)

6.) Child's Play (w/Brian Jack)

7.) Black N' Blue

8.) MSG (R. McAuley)

9.) Wrathchild America (Climbin' The Walls line-up)

10.) Face Dancer

I have no idea how I forgot to add AUTOGRAPH. I'd love to see something new from the classic line-up. :bananamac:

I'd like to see Noiseworks back in action with the original members. They started out great with the two first releases but kinda went a little astray with the last one. Jon Stevens has got a great voice :banger:

Well if theyre ever gonna do it its now, as theyre touring alot with alot of media coverage...

What media coverage? I had no idea they were even contemplating being back together let alone touring and stuff until I saw one of the guys mention it here the other day.

    • Nearly halfway through and I have some strong contenders now. My current top 5 in no order: Creye - III: Weightless  Crowne - Operation Phoenix  Arctic Rain - Unity The Defiants - Drive Grand Design - Rawk
    • But how does it compare to H.e.a.t?
    • I really liked the first 3 POL albums, as did many people at the time,  but every subsequent one has got worse and worse, with this one being the most bland, predictable and boring of the lot. Admittedly, my tastes have moved on over the years since the first 3, but I still like and really good sugary sweet AOR album from time to time. Unfortunately this one isn't it i'm afraid.
    • Their 2nd really good album. A melodic hard rock band doing it the right way... nothing new, no frills, just strong  songs throughout, well produced without overdoing it and just really well put together generally. One of Frontiers better bands amongst their roster of averageness
    • Boys From Heaven - The Descendant Scar Symmetry - The Singularity: Phase II - Xenotaph The Defiants - Drive  Stardust - Kingdom Of Illusion Pride Of Lions - Dream Higher Art Nation - Inception False Memories - Hybrid Ego System Jukebox Heroes - S/T Black Sabbath - Live Evil (40th Anniversary Box) A is A - The Complete Recordings John West - Days Of Destiny Chris Barr/ Don Cromwell - A Story Unfolds
    • It's fantastic!   My initial favorites would be 19 Summertime, Go Big Or Go Home, Against The Grain, So Good and Love Don't Live Here Anymore.  But there's no bad songs here and I just dig the attention to detail these guys have in their songs. For me, this definitely reminds me much more of their debut than their second album style, theme & quality wise.  Listening to this reminds me of songs like Take Me Back, Last Kiss, Underneath The Stars, etc.  Very easily slots into my #1 spot so far this year.  We'll see if Midnite City can challenge it in a couple weeks.
    • Always...but more reason to today   Got it on now...4 tracks in...excellent...but I won't dabble/spoil it for anyone...anyone interested should have it in a few hours as you said
