If u've got money to burn, and $1000 is spare change then buy it. If $1000 is a weeks wage then probably not the best investment.

Pretty sure the demos were download only, as was the live release.

What have they released as cdr? I know they had a few download only releases, but I don't recall any cdrs.

Oh, at syd they got Jon Farriss on stage for the inxs cover 'don't change' and in Melbourne they got the singer from living colour on stage to sing ' purple rain' .

Went to Sydney, was an awesome show. Played over 2 hours, with a mix of solo stuff, jovi stuff, and covers. Well worth going. Heard Melbourne was over sold, people couldn't get in. A friend who did get in said they couldn't see any of the show at all.

old school Adelaide rocker. never really seen him play any gigs around here though. a friend stumbled upon them filming a video about 18 months ago. sounds pretty nice, but from memory cds were about 20-25 buck on their site.

Shit! Even for local acts?No that's for big bands.... Crüe , jovi , Metallica, etc and whoever is big at the time (pink, ....etc) etc. basically arena or stadium shows. Mid level club shows are around the $60 mark. (Airbourne, crashdiet, ...) upcoming skid row / ugly kid joe club shows are $aud75, so about $us65-70. Local bands at the local bar $10-$15

I actually couldn't finish listening to the first album, so never parted with the cash for the next one (with so many great releases available around that time). I found the first disc way too simple,ie in a way that gave hair metal a bad name. Are the follow up discs the same?

Last time I paid that much for a ticket was about 10 years ago. Try buying a concert ticket here in Australia. You're looking at $us150+ for a descent ticket. I'd go to so many more shows at $100.

I hope when one day something really bad happens to him and he wonders "what the hell did I do to deserves this..??!?" ... I hope he thinks of us.
