  1. Great tune! Aside from the music another thing I like about these guys is they are entertainers. They pick up on that slightly over the top acting and expression in their video's. Same type of stuff that came from a lot of the 80's bands.
  2. Yep, good stuff...here is a thread from last year with some info. http://heavyharmonies.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=29193&hl=%22black+tora%22
  3. New CD out, sleazy hard rock. https://www.facebook.com/Sandnessband Sandness is the result of a project started in 2008, when two sixteen years old friends Mark Denkley and Metyou ToMeatyou (bass and drums respectively) decided to form a hard rock band, trying to bring back to life the ‘80s with their original tracks. The band’s line-up went through some changes during the years. The only one who seemed to have the same ambitions of the other two members was Robby Luckets, so he joined the band in 2009 and became the new guitarist. After four years spent playing in four, Sandness has lately become a band formed by three musicians. During the last few years the band has achieved a good success in Italy and abroad and they had the chance to open the concerts for famous musicians like Adam Bomb in 2010 and L.A. Guns in 2011. Always in 2011 Sandness went on a short tour in the Latvian capital Riga and in 2012 they played in France for the renowned “Glam Fest”. Their first demo “Return To Decadence” has already been released in 2010, but it’s the second one “Life Without Control” that brought them some success all over the world, also thanks to the sales of their merchandise on the Internet. Sandness spent the last year working hard on the songs for their first official album “LIKE AN ADDICTION”, which is was released worldwide on 5th April 2013 with Sleaszy Rider Records. SANDNESS - YOU SEE THIS NAME, YOU THINK DIRTY!
  4. I like that tune. Doesn't look like you can order it from them though. I don't understand Facebook really, some bands sites have music links and players others do not. Anyway, good stuff Lindsay, thanks! \m/
  5. I really dig that De La Cruz track too. For me... Santa Cruz - Nothing Compares To You
  6. Not James and Evil Rick...Santa Cruz...they remind me of EMN (at times).
  7. That's the one I have as well. If you are curious you could try tracking down Curt Mitchell. I talked to him several years back when trying to snag a copy of the Razormaid cd. Very nice guy, I'm sure he'd be willing to answer your questions Jeff. Cool, I might have to try some of this fancy social media stuff and see what happens! Thanks Evil, \m/
  8. A little Canadian sleazy hard rock for ya. http://www.sleazerox...rforchaos.shtml Watch the video for Mirror Mirror on their homepage...remind you of anything? These guys make no attempt to hide it! Lol http://www.reversegr...k.com/Grip.html Anyway, not sure about the vocals yet. A tune I like from their earlier 4 song EP: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UO5Romp-s5c
  9. #6 This is Spinal Tap! haha, funny..."we're back from the deeeeaaadddd!"
  10. So far, so good... Well, I cannot agree with you on that, but probably not a surprise since we vastly differ in our opinions of Skid Row as I think of Slave To The Grind to be a top all time album and Subhuman Race forgettable at best (maybe I should try to sping it again...it's been years).
  11. Yeah, not bad, I'll have to check out a few more tunes. Thanks Lindsay!
  12. EP, full length, 2 CD, mega box set, hidden tracks, blah blah.....the true question is...will it have any good songs on it?
  13. Actually agree with you on this statement...at least for this song above. Where does it stand out? I was sort bored by the track as well.
  14. PC69 - Cerimonial I know this is a mixed bag for some. For me it is very good, top to bottom. Where it lands at the end of 2013 though, I don't know. Nasty Bulletz - Right Time To Rock You 'Cause this is my fav style, sleazy hard rock. De La Cruz - Street Level Just plan "FUN"! Crashdiet - Savage Playground Yes it is a fav of mine. If it had the production I would say it would be a top 3. But since it does not have the production it will drop somewhere in the top 15-20. Honorable Mention: Shakra - Powerplay Yeah, could use a bit more punch, but it's still very good.
  15. Nicely done sir, let's sing some Parasite City!
  16. Backed...I just spent time searching around for the album title in the thread name thinking there HAS to be a thread for this album. I was just about to start one when I saw this song title and 4 pages of comments.
  17. Good, informative, reviews guys, thanks. Though I would hope for more of a Cinderella sound at least your reviews let me know to check out more tracks before purchasing this one.
  18. Yeah I agree, not very interesting and sorta bland. Maybe before I stop at Wally World and buy this I need to listen to the other tunes.
  19. Sainsbury's was a lot cheaper... 8 Euro versus 15 Euro...I'd say!
  20. Just pre-orderd mine today from ImportCD's
  21. Where you guys in the US ordering this from? All I see so far is listed as Import with a high price tag. US release I would imagine $15, it should be found somewhere. ImportCD's listing May 21 as the release date. Amazon lists it as something you can order, but they was $20+
