All I could do was scratch my head when I saw that they had picked Christian Ponder. No idea what they saw in him to make them take him ahead of Mallet, Dalton, or even Ricky Stanzi or Tyrod Taylor. Of course, the Panthers took Cam Newton, and now, inevitably, he will wind up starting too soon, and due to having to run for his damn life on nearly every play (pitiful O line), his pro career will fizzle out without ever really having a chance to succeed. Just my opinion, but that's what I see happening.... hope I'm wrong.

Michael Kevin Lallana "felt that was as close as he could get" to the 29-year-old executive assistant, said Deputy District Attorney Brock Zimmon. "He did it for the purpose of sexual gratification." The 32-year old from Fullerton admitted that he ejaculated into an "attractive" co-worker's water bottle because "her lips had touched it," but told detectives he never thought she would drink it. He faces a maximum sentence of one year in jail and sex offender registration. He was charged in February with six misdemeanor counts of releasing an offensive material in a public place and assault, with sentencing allegations for committing a crime for sexual gratification. Lallana's attorney Eduardo Madrid argued against the charged of misdemeanor assault and battery. "There was no application of force," Madrid contended. "It doesn't make any sense. How could there be an assault? (The co-worker) wasn't even there." The incident happened on January 14, 2010, at the Northwestern Mutual Mortgage Company in Newport Beach, according to the Orange County District Attorney's office. Investigators say Lallana entered the victim's office and deposited his semen into a water bottle that was on his co-worker's desk. The defendant is accused of leaving the semen-filled water bottle on the victim's desk which she drank when she returned to her office. The victim, who was unaware of the bottle's contents, drank the contaminated water. She threw it away after feeling sick, investigators say. Three months later, the victim and six other employees, including the defendant, were transferred to the Northwestern Mutual Mortgage Company's Orange branch. That's where a second incident occurred, according to officials. On April 9, 2010, Lallana is accused of assaulting the same victim by depositing his ejaculation into another water bottle that the victim left on her desk. The victim took a sip from the bottle, then felt sick. She decided to send the specimen to a private lab to be tested. The lab contacted her and told her the water bottle contained semen, police said. The victim then notified the Orange Police Department . I get it, but it's still retarted to do this. This Dr.Goon's guy sold those 16 cd's for about 550$, that's about 45$ to 50$ in fees if not more....what an idiot either way. If these shill bidders don't pay this Dr.Goon's through Paypal, it is weird that Ebay doesn't jump all over this one, because obviously the transaction is not completed if your buddy is winning simply to raise the prices of items and no money transaction is ever done with Paypal. To be honest I always place bids on items from the same 4 or 5 sellers, I rarely ever win or bid anything over 5$, but these are the sellers in my fav sellers list on Ebay, so therefore I only show up bidding when a seller I know and like has something for sale. Once in awhile I win cheap items just to try and resell for more $$. Is it me or should 'private' feedback not be allowed on Ebay? I had one idiot who kept his feedback 'private' because he simply kept leaving negs to sellers and no one was the wiser. I agree, it seems stupid to incur these fees for NOT actually selling the CDs, but who knows how some people's minds work? Not a fan of private feedback at all; I know some people have a legit reason for it (a seller uses a private ID for buying great deals he finds and doesn't want his customers to see what he has paid for something he re-sells), but more times that not, it's simply someone hiding something negative.
