Wonder when the debut album actaully will be out! They have been signed to Chavis, but somehow they are not anymore. Too bad, could be a very fine record in the style of Lynam.
Definately looking forward to the album, which should be out around fall! Great to see bands like this emerge from all around the world.
Very good production values as well...
You beat me in posting this LOL
The Offspring are one of the reasons I got into the music I listen nowadays, so they sort of hold a special place. The new album in my eyes is damn good: Half-truism could turn out to be my new favourite song from them.
I always like 'em when they are not trying to write those skate-punk-happy-songs, but are more melancholic like in songs as Gone Away or Change the World.
No joking, this is one of my favourite albums of all the time, although I only got some very average sounding MP3s of it from MR-X, but the songs are pure AOR bliss!
Hopefully some label can release this one with the right treatment!!!
I wonder none mentioned Allison yet, she's my favourite! Makes me think: I want a goddamn backstage-pass at their show. It's much easier for ladys being groupies than for us - where's the gender equality?
Oh yeah music...I LIKE it! Their new one is hair-metal par excellence, one of my faves from 2007! Spend the Night is great as well!
Interested in this one as well, considering they have the Crazy Lixx-cd available at a cheaper price than swedmetal!
shipping costs aren't indicated anywhere neither! and is it possible to pay through paypal?
Edit: I just discovered the shipping costs! Far too expensive for me though...
Thanx for the answers, but that's not the one I was looking for.
Motorcityrock is a sensational page. Wish there were one like that for every city!
The one I was looking for was nothing more but a flashplayer on a black background if I remember it correctly.
About one year ago (might be even more) someone mentioned a great page where you could listen to a lot of old chicago (?) hair metal demos in a flashplayer (i remember Redd Barron). I can't find it anywhere now though.
Does anyone know which page I'm talking about and can provide the link once more?
Couldn't agree more! Swedmetal is great, their releases look fantastic!
Definately check out Crazy Lixx!!! Their debut-album "Loud Minority" will be out in November and "Heroes are forever" is awesome!
1. Poison
2. DRFSR
3. Cherry Pie
4. Flesh and Blood
5. Native Tongue
6. Belly to Belly (never heard it, but I know why I didn't even listen to it! Hollyweird is pretty bad, but I actually like Devil Woman, so it's one song against none)
