I am doing nothing right now as I'm trying to save my energy for the 6 hour drive to Chicago tomorrow for the concert.

 

We expect a full report on said concert as soon as you sober up, Wes. Enjoy. :)

You didn't break your other hand did you?

No, I had surgery last Monday and they had to take the cast off this week and have a look today. I almost spewed on the floor right then and there when I saw two wires poking out the back of my hand about an inch from my wrist, where they put them in. Was really, really not expecting that. When they said they put wires in my hand, I thought they meant in my hand, as in, inside the flesh, covered. Not protruding. I am the biggest lesson ever in the world to never, EVER punch a cement wall. I hope all you kids are taking notes.

Today I ordered French Toast but once the waitress brought it out to me I discovered Quickly it was a fake cause it was made with Italian bread ..... Sigh .....

At work today, been trying to exercise my hand throughout the day and I guess it's going a little better... still a hell of a long way off normal, though. :(

I had to book a hol today, missu's car broke....got to give her a lift to her maths class,, Ben poorly so have to look after him while off playgroup, at least it's not raining eh?........oh it's just started to rain!

I woke up at 4:00am this morning. Co-incidentally it was the same time my wife finished her shift last night/this morning. She sent a message but I was already awake when it came. Odd. I think I became an alien last night.

Wow, thanks for clearing that up mate. I was a little worried that I loved it so much and was turned on like sunlight. This explains it. Please "invade" me again tonight. ;)

Mid-week Lottery tonight.Now if there's a God....

 

There is....I saw him buying his lottery card at the petrol station earlier, big guy ...HUGE... in fact he lifted the roof off the garage just to get at the fiddly little pen to fill his numbers in. I was so surprised I dropped my bag of pookie bear marshmallows, if I'd had Nick's Naughty Pen I could've lent it to him.

      It's ok. I think people know I am a massive Crue fan, and I like a lot of stuff by them that people hate (the Generation Swine album for example) but the only newer original song I have cared about them in recent years was The Dirt. Everything else has been either meh or crap. I did also like their cover of Like a virgin, which I know a lot of peeps didn't like, so it's not like I am just craving the good old days. I would be happy if we could get a song close to Afraid, Saints of Los Angeles or the aforementioned The Dirt. I think songs like that will be few and far between sadly.

      Have to agree. Although my expectations were that it would be absolutely horrible like Dogs of War lol. Still far away from classic Motley Crue but I at least made it all the way through this one so that's a positive. Still nothing to write home about but at least it rocks fairly well and there's a semblance of a song there.
