Fish era Marillion > Genesis (IMO)

I know everyone says they ripped them off, and maybe they did, but the songs in the main part were better. IMO of course! ;-))

Depends on what era you like - Gabriel or Collins. Personally I like the Gabriel era 'The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway' and 'Selling England By The Pound are the best and I love the Phil Collins era 'Wind And Wuthering' 'A Trick Of The Tail' 'And Then There Were Three' and 'Duke' are all must have's, and If you like the more commercial stuff 'Invisible Touch ' is a goodie too. Loads of good stuff

They're all amazing! Seriously. I love every album, so start at the beginning--they are called Genesis, you know. Even Calling All Stations is great. IMHO, you can never go wrong with Genesis.

Playing a few I got at the Rock 'N America Festival this past summer:

1.) DOWN & DIRTY - "Live Fast"

2.) PRETTY LITTLE SUICIDE - "S/T"

3.) RISING WIND - "Believers"

* I had actually forgotten how good the RISING WIND release was. If you like Maiden and Priest you should check these kids out. Cool guys too... they actually gave me a ride back to the hotel after the show when I was stranded. :drink:
