I'd say it's better than Za Za. Not saying much though.

 

Incredible that a band can release such a good first album and then such an amazing collection of absolute rubbish after that. I feel a spinoff thread coming...

Actually I think there are 3 to 4 songs on Za Za that are very listenable. Can't say that for Sophie

KHYMERA - A New Promise (JAP)

 

Don't bother with the Jap version of this, has a bonus of an acoustic tune already on the album. I just wanted my copy early! First listen this is fabulous. Not as consistently great as the 91 SUITE or PLACE VENDOME discs, but much more 80's sounding. Vocally, Ward is mostly good, but he doesn't quite cut it on the ballads...
