What about Smile - that's arguably better than Collateral Damage. Both excellent though.

 

I don't own Smile but have heard many of the songs but i think that CD is much more rocking and more D2.

Probably is a little less rocky but overall a more consistent album with some great hooks.

What about the Melodica release featuring Ted Poley and Gerhard Pichler..? Any love for that one..?

 

I just spun the Melodica release this weekend.

I like most of Ted's work. I probably prefer 'Smile' to 'Collateral Damage' because as Glen says it's a bit more consistent. A few more great tracks. But both are good discs. I love Melodica's 'Lovemetal' CD. The debut has great songs, but one of the worst/weakest production jobs in our genre's history.
