Got hammered by Stoke tonight, so no doubt Wotty will have a go, but we held them 1-1 after 90 minutes, which means they couldn't beat us over 2 full games. Extra time did for us though, hope our confidence hasn't taken a battering.

 

In fact, we got as good a result over 90 minutes tonight at Premiership Stoke City as Luton did at Telford United. Just sayin'...

Proud of the boys over both games.. Not exactly a hammering as the scoreline would suggest either, very flattering for Stoke I think, but as you say, extra time, a bit of fitness and quality of finishing did us in the end. Good to see that we can compete with a good premiership side over 2 games though, so not all bad news.

Mate...Use your Brain for once!!! Sell players?????? , Absolutely NO reason too, especially when we are building a pretty strong squad for the future.. Zaha will go for maybe 12-15 million.(We could buy your 'club' 3x over with that ) and no club can turn down that sort of money. Apart from him, No one else will be going anywhere, so worry not. Draws aren't exactly promotion form admittedly, but we're still 4th in the league and in the playoff places, even after a mediocre run recently. Most teams have dips in form throughout the season for varying reasons..players injured etc and that is what we are going through at the moment (look at yourselves..can't string 2 results together...and that's ALL season..what's your excuse?). At least we are not losing every game and by all accounts playing pretty well too, .so the form will return and there are absolutely NO worries in our camp at all... thanks for worrying anyway. Now go back and talk more bollocks in your own lowly thread instead of here..

It's money in the bank isn't it, which at the moment is very good to have, compared to a lot of clubs who are completely broke (you should know!!).. The squad we have is pretty good at the moment, so no need to rush out and panic buy anyone else tbh. .

We played worse than in recent games, so didn't deserve anything. Still in play off places, but not enough wins recently to sustain that for too much longer, Charlton on saturday, hopefully repeat the score when we went there earlier n the season and get us back on track.
