Gremlins in the forum

For some time now, I've noticed that the "Good, Bad Traders, Sellers" forum has dissappeared from the forum. Maybe I missed a notice or something about this????

 

Then, yesterday (Sunday Sept 13) I noticed it appeared out of the blue once again........I read about our dear Jamie Lavine......

 

Now, this morning, once again, it has dissappeared. I went to this topic on "site feedback" and posted what I noticed and submitted it to the forum.......instead of my topic being posted on the forum....once again the "good, bad traders, sellers" topic was where it should be......nowhere was my post though....

 

So, here I am once again posting in the "site stuff" topic line about this amazing set of events.

I noticed that if you're logged in it's there, if you are just browsing and not logged in it is not there. I guess it doesn't give asswips like Gayemporium, Jamie Levine and James Arwine that chance to read about how much they are hated without being a member on board?

Dave...you just may be on to something......often times, I don't log in to the site if I don't intend to post.....I like to just spend time reading the posts and this may be what's happening......I'll pay close attention in the future to see if that's the case.

 

Again, DAN, why is this happening in this particular manner........Is this something that was intentionally designed this way?

He sent me email saying that the whole reason he did it was because of the comments people made here on the board. eBay won't do anything because the communication was done outside of eBay.

We should bid and file Item not received through Paypal, imagine a dozen or more filing claims at the same time. Paypal would have to react and surely Ebay would as well. The good part is you would get your money back and you could leave the fucker a neg. He has no fuckin' clue how many people would do this just to see his shitty Ebay store collapse because of his total lack of morals.

I assume we're talking about Arwine???? If so, any negative he's given you can and will be removed by E Bay because he is a suspended user. He can't leave feedback being a suspended user. I had this happen to me once with a buyer who was suspended and started a new e bay ID with almost 100 positive feedbacks to his credit under the new name. I contacted E Bay and showed them I had previously blocked his former E Bay ID and that he created a new one after being suspended. E Bay suspended him again and removed the negative feedback he left me. This was a guy I left negative feedback for prior to the new feedback system who had filed a PAYPAL complaint saying he did not receive the CD when I had sent it EMS with tracking.......dumbie!!!!

I doubt it, being from Canada you can't have a Delivery Confirmation unless the bidder pays huge amounts for shipping. I'd love to see this fucker go down for all the shit he's done to many Internet users. He knows the system and knows how to get away with his imoral actions. One day he will get caught up with the wrong people, and when he does, Gayemporium will surely pay the ''legal'' price for harrassing and scamming others.
