  1. This one is quite good indeed. Watched the latest Transformers and it was fine by me SPOILER certainly an Empire-esque ending.
  2. Excellent! This Portland Oregon band was seen a million times way back when and they always put on a hell of show. Man the house parties... epic.
  3. They are cool for choice, but it is bothersome when they release one and then a year later is another and so on. That to me is just a cash grab.
  4. The DD press release would disagree with you as they are touting the release as the neatest thing since the hula hoop.
  5. Wonder Woman ~ This was above average and worthy of another couple watches. The House ~ Uhm, on the fence on this one. Wanted to like it and it has a few laughable moments but in the same breathe it seemed super forced and phoned in.
  6. I have not (unfortunately) heard of Angel Rubin before stumbling upon this video from his 2016-2017 release La Resurrección and for goodness sake is this great! I will definitely go after his earlier works. https://www.facebook.com/Angel.Rubin.Oficial/ Sure he sings in Spanish but who gives 2 fucks as it is brilliant in any language. Discography Angel Rubin: _Adgar-Beyond the Sun-2003 _Adgar-We Stand-2006 _Adgar-Times of Change-2008 _Adgar-Directo at the time-2009 _The brotherhood-Proemio-2012 _Angel Rubin-My hidden solitude-2013 _Angel Rubin-The Roce Of Your Skin-2014 _Angel Rubin-The Resurrection-2016
  7. A few over the past few weeks, thank you Mr. Postman. Ferrett-In Through The Out Door Ferrett-Year of the Ferrett Vince Voltage-Hard Rock Survivor (Vince signed this one his'self) Hellfire-Free Again (Got a spare of this digipac full length Bay Area Thrash from 2017).
  8. First off T that sucks. Not sure the "right" thing to do, sounds like you have done a bunch and I would certainly keep up the vigilance. Have you any other neighbors that you can discuss this with? Confronting the new neighbor is bad, it would just target you. Have you met the new neighbor? "Hi am your neighbor I brought brownies." I don't think the police will do anything til its to late, meaning something bad will happen, either at that house or maybe even another home in the neighborhood (break in, vandalism, or worse). Maybe you could try and discuss this stuff with a detective? Go into the station and lay all your intel out to the drug cops? Keep us posted.
  9. Its as if they or their handlers said "hey have listened to these new bands Imagination Dragons and the like? You should do that!" The new stuff or the last 2 tunes anyway are fine for what they are trying to rip but they do nada for me and I would muc h rather hear more songs like Lowlife.
  10. I heard the BR 2049 score is supposed to pay homage to the Vangelis original score, I may take you on your word on the excellence of the film, I want it to be but goodness I dislike Ryan Gossling. Alien Covenant is/was quite awesome and yes folks poo poo'd it but I don't get it. I rather liked it and it and 2012's Prometheus are great new additions to a promising Alien future.
  11. I really like this band and JT is a great player that is virtually unknown to too many. This new singer is not bad at all. I did enjoy the Judgement Day record and former vocalist who also sang with The Red Dragon Cartel.
  12. Surprised yet again by the talented bands that keep popping up all over, man it sure is fun spending waaay to much time searching for these bands but the pay off is stuff like this young Mexican band Killer Rose. These youngsters are fucking good and the videos below show it. https://www.facebook.com/KillerRoseBand Axel Robles(lead vocals) Erick Miranda (bass) Jason Robles (guitar) Vivian Robles (guitar) Ian García (drums) Tracklist: 1.- Riders Of The Night - 0:00 2.- Rock & Roll Generation - 3:09 3.- Breaking The Rulez - 8:06 4.- Killer Rose - 11:25 5.- My Time - 16:15 6.- Drive Me Wild - 21:00
  13. Quite unfortunately this band was another that we all missed and are now defunct, but alas worth a share as they had a solid sounding EP in 2014/2015/? Nice and sleazy hard rock that most should appreciate. According to the bands FB page the Hell Over Me song (a newer rack not from the EP) was never released back when the band was active due in part to issues within the band and they decided to release it this past summer just for a proper closure. I'd like to nab one of those discs... https://www.facebook.com/smokinkillssleaze/?ref=hl Tracklist: 1.Intro(Osama Beat label) 2.Sleazy Rules 3.Bipolarity 4.Vagrant Of The World 5.All That Remains 6.MR.Goblin 7.Drive n’Die Line-up: Andrew – Lead vocals E.t.n. – Bass Piè – Drums Crash – Rhythm/Lead Guitar, backing vocals Marco – Rhythm/Lead Guitar, backing vocals

  15. Really cool tunage from this straight ahead rock n roll band from Switzerland. They remind me a lot of ZO2. I am really liking this band! https://www.facebook.com/DaxxRoxane/ http://www.daxxroxane.com/ 2016 EP 4x4 1. Sugar Rush 2. Wrong Side 3. Girl Next Door 4. 16. This band of "seasoned" players and the song "Breakaway" should moisten many a knicker around these parts. Good stuff on the fluffier side! https://www.facebook.com/JURAYA.BAND Peter "Pesche" Urfer: VocalsJürg "Jüre" Bill: BassGian Carlos Monn: GuitarsAdrian Forrer: Drums
  17. Nice song from these Scandi gents and there "Next Level" album that released in March of 2017. https://www.facebook.com/HardWretches http://www.hardwretches.ch/index.php/en/ Nobo (Norbert Ecker) - VocalsRuedi (Ruedi Amsler) - GuitarTombac (Thomi Lüthi) - BassDiego (Diego Cimino) - Drums
  18. https://www.facebook.com/Voltage.Vince http://www.vincevoltage.com/home (NSF as VInce fancies himself a photographer as well as guitarist and some of the photos are randy to say the least...) Hard Rock Survivor is Vince's solo debut after being in a number of bands and projects, the latest of which was a band called Pussy Sisster.
  19. Nice couple tunes form this young and unheard of Russian rock band.
  20. I ALWAYS take my thumb nail and give that tape an immediate cut and ALWAYS check inside. I do like me a good library sale though as sometimes the finds, although no rarities, are good for filling catalog's.
  21. Definitely worth a spin or two! https://www.facebook.com/DollsDiaryBand/
  22. Still crushing it! and a new album out in November!
  23. The completely ignored Brazilian sleaze rockers Inluzt have a new tune out.

    Ferrett

Even though they appear to be a SP inspired 80's throwback band, the tunes are solid and well "Thirsty for your box" is a hoot to say the least. https://www.facebook.com/FerreTTNation/
