  1. Are C+C Music Factory and Snap! still active? Well fooock me.... Right? That is what I thought.
  2. OK, now you're moving into my territory. I love this shit. I actually plan on starting some new threads soon for a few bands you'd prolly like.
  3. I'm going to see TLC, Naughty By Nature, Montell Jordan, C+C Music Factory and Snap! in July. So I might have a few songs to add to your list. ;}
  4. That's actually my biggest gripe with New Cuntry. It really isn't its own genre. It's just Pop or Rock music with a little twang.
  5. I love categorising music, because I'm a bit obsessive compulsive and I like having everything in its place. However, when people ask what I listen to, I always generalise and say "80's-style Melodic Rock and Metal."
  6. Jamiroquai - Dynamite Earth, Wind & Fire - The Essentials The O'Jays - Back Stabbers Breakbot - By Your Side Jamiroquai - A Funk Odyssey Great Good Fine OK - III
  7. Well, this site is so much more than just CD hunting, so you should tell your buddy to come back. Also, welcome George. I hope you find this place welcoming. Some of us are assholes (particularly Geoff and I) but most are decent. ;}
  8. Look Geoff whats nestled in there....your favourite album Nordic Union? Completely out of place, hey? I just love that his top ten is only nine.
  9. Could have been mixed better. The vocals get lost in the track. I like their vibe, though.
  10. This song has already been posted here multiple times, but I don't think anyone will care, 'cause, as you said, it's fantastic! Maybe the best song of 2016.
  11. The album just dropped on Friday. The last one was back in 2010, and before that 2006. They're a bit slow at releasing new music. ;}
  12. Who is disrespecting Sean? From what I've read, more disrespect has been shown for Bobby Blotzer than anybody. Maybe Frankie Banali #2. Agreed more mockery to the situation and the Prima Donna drummers than anyone else from what I have read. Certainly a great amount of jokes centered around drummers and this situation (s) just add fuel to the fire. What? Do people make fun of drummers? ;}
  13. Supertramp - Crime of the Century Circus Maximus - Nine Neal Morse - One
  14. Vanden Plas - The Ghost Experiment (TBD)
  15. Vanden Plas - Chronicles of the Immortals Path I Vanden Plas - Chronicles of the Immortals Path II Amaseffer - Slaves for Life
  16. Hey, I'm not about to tell anyone what to do. Just sharing my personal convictions. ;}
  17. Prolly downloaded a leaked copy with mislabeled songs. ;}
  18. The crazy thing is it's been a couple decades since music sales actually made an artist a substantial amount of money. $1-1.5 is even being generous. I'd have to dig up the articles -- 'cause it's been 10+ years since I read them -- but I believe it was closer to $0.10 a CD, with maybe massive artists like Madonna, at one point, managing to negotiate $1.00 a CD. Obviously each label could be different, and the influence of one's manager might affect those numbers. Touring and merchandise is where it's at. So, we can argue the injustice being done to the artists, but you notice why it's the labels that are the first to cry bloody murder. It's why I go to every show I can, and I always buy a shirt when I'm there.
  19. I cant believe you were moaning about me typing v for very?? Weirdo I don't know how this is related to anything in this thread, but, yeah, I always laugh when you simply type 'v.'
  20. I don't really have any desire to see it, because #notmyBelle. ;}
  21. Genesis - Archive 1967-75 Disc I + II Neal Morse - Testimony 2
  22. Wow. I'm certain even he didn't see this coming.
