Agree. Hess's version of S Blvd on his solo album is killer and much better than the Mood Swings version. IMO.

Hey mate thanks for asking! She's doing real well and is massive already. Due date is June 20th, but she wont make it past 37 weeks with twins so we are looking at say may 20th onwards. Well excited... Well she's made it past 37 weeks to my amazement - looks like we will be going in on the induce day which is Monday so only a day or two to go. We are due in at 8am on Monday - cheers

One of my favourite albums of the last 12 months....sounds monsterous when cranked loud and really just carries a lot of energy. And FAR better lead vocals from Chandler over the last Talon release. FAR superior! Reminds me of the debut Lynch Mob in places...more samples soon... Great .

If you knew your rock history Sammy Hagar has been recording since 1974 so it's Paul Sabu that sounds like Sammy Hagar not the other way around. Sammy is a rock n roll legend and I'll admit he's not for everyone but he's always been very successful here in the states (especially in the midwest) througout his career with Montrose, solo and Van Halen. As far as no one caring if it wasn't for who is involved, you can say that about almost every hyped album we talk about on this site. Best thing I own with Hagar is HSAS. One of those S's of course standing for Schon Unfortunately this doesnt even sniff at that....................

So I'm an AOR fan too, but I have to say that IN FLAMES are the best live band on that bill (they are killer live). Though I haven't seen JOURNEY with this new line-up, expect Pineda is a pretty great frontman. I saw FOREIGNER a couple of years back and it was horrible... I know you'll laugh at me but HEAT are one of the best bands on that bill and they absolutely kill....I MEAN KILL....live. Journey will be awesome tho and wouldnt mind seeing H&H and Rainbow with JLT. Danny V is a guaranteed great set & performance too.
