Wow, some really good melodic metal tunes. I've got one of their albums from the early 90's which was pretty good from what I recall, although different singer I believe. I'd have to pull it out and listen to it again, but these new songs might be even better than that album.

I did some poking yesterday after first hearing these amazing new tunes and listened to this album, which I think is what your referring to. Good tunes, different singer for sure and certainly not as ballsy as the new stuff but good nonetheless.

Oh wow, so this is actually the same band that released the 'Riot' album that I somehow and very randomly found back in the day. I never adored it, but always liked the album.

 

Anyway, I agree with you guys about the new one. Been listening to it for a couple of weeks and it has kicked my ass. I read somewhere the current lead singer was once in Ratt (but when??!!) and at times he sounds like vintage Pearcy. It's a really, really good hard rock CD.
