Drive-in Movies

as most that visit the "last movie watched" thread know, we like the drive-in a lot but are in danger of losing our favorite movie place.

Yeah we keep going through the same thing, my only hang up is, I cant remember the last time I went to the drive in, and actually watched the movie I was there for? seems like I always start seeing the idle scenario to get whoever has taken me to the drive in, a little excited, and ready to skip the next flick, it's just this horrible character flaw I have, but yeah, im all for saving the drive in, it's hard to zero in on that kind of action in a movie theater!

What do you do if it starts pissing down half way through the movie?

There's a drive-in theater about twenty minutes away from me, right over the border in New York State (Warwick)... never been to it though.

I could never stay awake at the drive in, I get comfy in the van and that's it.

There's one not too far from me in Lake Worth, FL...Pretty cool to watch a movie there. Usually bring some beach chairs and your own popcorn and candy and whatnot and watch the movie and if the second one is good, then we stay for a double feature. It's also not nearly as expensive as enclosed theaters.

I haven't been since 1995. It was the first and last time I have gone. I watched Batman Forever. I had fun, but for whatever reason I just haven't made it back.
