That cover is odd - can't see how it even remotely represents Fiona's music...

Also, what's this all about:

Country: Australia

Bitrate: 320 kbps

Size: 180 mb

Genre : Hard Rock/Aor

That doesn't mean to indicate it is an Aussie release, does it?

Not only is that definitely not an official release, it's a pretty horrible home-made CD. Could put a better one together myself in 5 minutes.

Exactly. Why the fuck do people do this when the re-issue companies have spent their time getting these out. Go buy the cd's as they are mostly easy to come by and quite cheap you downloading freaks.

Looks more like something from early Lee Aaron.

Yeah, I was even thinking Doro or something. Just definitely NOT Fiona.

 I actually recognized that art immediately; it's from Dragonlance:

  • 5 years later...

I also finished up the Fiona discography today and here's a few results:

1. Squeeze - 1992 - 87
2. Fiona - 1985 - 76
3. Heart Like A Gun - 1989 - 74
4. Beyond The Pale - 1986 - 73
5. Unbroken - 2011 - 62
I love 'Squeeze,' but the rest of the discography never did overly much for me. All nice and safe, consistent AOR, but she was never one of my favourite female vocalists... aside from the brilliant 'Squeeze.'
Anyway, if I picked my top 10 songs they'd be this:
1. Life on the Moon
2. Don't Come Cryin'
3. Ain't that Just Like Love
4. Treat Me Right
5. The Best Is Yet to Come
6. Hang Your Heart On Me
7. Nobody Dies of a Broken Heart
8. You Better Wait
9. You're No Angel
10. Running Out Of Night

I still think the debut is her best album with 'Squeeze' a solid 2nd. 'Heart Like A Gun' and 'Unbroken' being the weaker albums, although they have a handful of good songs too.

    • Not much information on the video's page, other than it appears to be an AI creation. Once it gets into the verse and especially the chorus, it's actually not too bad IMO.
    • While I appreciate your interest in contributing to the site, most of the artists and albums you are submitting are either REALLLLLLY stretching the boundaries, or as in the case of this band, completely off the mark. No alternagrunge. No punk. No death metal/power metal (although those can be submitted to Brutal Metal). You can always start a thread asking about a particular artist before blindly submitting it for inclusion. Thanks! -Dan
