  2. That is just stupifyingly superb... I want go and say Kurt sucks, he can play, but he certainly is a LOT more mechanical/souless sounding than Reb.
  3. Still cannot believe as a bunch of men loving giant fish killing folks, that we have not got down to business and started the Debbie Gibson drool fest... Only in my dreams...

  11. Those 2 songs are both really good with the nod going to the Best Of Me cut. I am not so sure about that A on the vest, looks like an anarchy symbol to me, which goes with the skull and cross bone patch on the other side...
  12. Woo hoo! Now for some more great stories, unless of course that was why you were mia and due to copywrite laws you can no longer tell those stories... Ah hell. Missed you Dave!
  13. Truly epic! Looks like ole Tiger is just a guy like the rest of us... Pretty pathetic, just cause he is "famous" that we have to run him through the muck. If this was any other Joe in the world who would care? Just sayin'.
  14. Just finished Phantoms by Dean Koonts and now I am reading a Crichton book called Prey, which is starting of quite promising... Btw: the Chelseae Handler book was a fast read, mildly entertaining nonsense stories similar to her tv show.
  15. Power And The Glory for me! The Eagle Has Landed, is such a great song. Played the dickens out of that cassette and finally upraded to cd only to find that Suzy wasn't on it... Saxon as a whole is an amazing band with an equally amazing catelogue and they are greatly underrated.
  16. Powerman 5000-The Blood Splat Rating System (Conscience 1995) Ethos-The Black Blood (Discorporeality 1995 Austin, TX)
  17. Top Authority-Somethin' To Blaze To Fenholt-Jesus 50's (Signed by Fenholt himself) Guardian-Live Whitecross-Equilibrium
  18. Oooh, nice varied selection there. Which ones are you particularly fond of out of those? That Lillian Axe isn't my favourite of theres but does have a couple of songs which I'm particularly fond of (Day I Met You, Crucified) and Sevendust comes second for me just after Animosity. Oh and I've been looking to pick up some I Mother Earth too. Recent purchases: Harem Scarem - S/T Japanese edition and Kick - Consider This... Thanks! Yeah, I love melodic rock, etc. but I'd be lying if I said I didn't dig some modern stuff too! I think we're pretty much on the same page with a lot of your opinions too, right down to the Sevendust. Almost all of these with the exception of the I Mother Earth, I'm very familiar to the point where I think a couple of them I already own... oops... Love Saliva, great blend of modern rock edge with melodic sensibility and big hooks, the Triumph is probably my fav from them and that's just an upgrade from an old cassette. I have a real weakness for Carcass, it's like death metal vocals over straight ahead 80's metal. I am looking forward to the IME, I have a few discs by them and like them all, weird band and hard to classify, but they lay down some cool grooves. Nice one on the Harem Scarem btw, what's Kick like? I Mother Earth is an AMAZINGLY underated band!!! Open your mind real wide and appreciate...
  19. Iordan, those all look and sound SWEET!! Kudos to you my friend.
  20. I'm a fanboy for this band. I like'em all. Though for me, their THIRD album (SALUTATIONS FROM THE GHETTO NATION) is my absolute favorite of theirs, one of my favorite CDs of the 90s (if not all time) and the one Warrior Soul disc I want buried with me when I die. You and me both Keith, you and me both on the fanboy thing, but I would be torn between the first 3 as to which was my favorite...
  21. Thanks for the video Keith! Really dig that song and sounds like it could have come off any of the albums if you ask me.
  22. Man, wish I could have went to that Aaron O'Keefe school...

  24. You mean this one? Wes mentioned it too. Oooppss, my bad! Guess great minds think alike and I should read for understanding...
  25. Some good selections so far. (IE: Hign N Dry, Slide It In...) Surprised to not have seen this disc mentioned: Tesla-The Great Radio Cotroversy Brilliant from start to finish! Also enjoy these throughout: Nelson-After The Rain Spread Eagle-S/T Metal Church-S/T Warrior Soul-Any, but Chill Pill, like it, just not entirely...
