  2. Yes I've learned the hard way on Farrcry and I regret every minute of it. Love the Inside Outs and they'd probably be my choices but there's so many I haven't heard before. Never heard the Crush, Hotboy or Intuition before. The Jilson will probably get mentioned quite a bit here and I do like it but it's not worth the Billion dollars it goes for IMO. That Crush is on my trade list, since they are from around here I come across it from time to time... and yes it is a good one!

  9. I believe so. They released a full length via Metal Blade last year but I haven't heard it yet. Figured the EP would be a nice cheap way to sample 'em before I go hunting for it. Ok. Just wondering. The crazy EP has the barcode from a janitorial cleaning product company called Harley Chemicals. Either CDBaby typed in wrong barcode or whoever did that EP barcode just pinched it from cleaning product that was lying around. HaH!!! I will have to check mine later at home, it is a cardboard sleeve release, I do remember that.
  10. Keith you will LOVE that Ravage EP it frickin' smokes!!! Reminds me of Wayne era Metal Church with Jugulator era Preist thrown in...simply killer!

  13. I will/would agree. The Saints like the Seahawks, like the Card's last year stumbled into the big game. Here we go Steeler's here we go!!!
  14. Reading "Rock & Roll Archaeologist" by Peter Blecha. Really kick ass read about a guy who took collecting music and music memorabilia, turned it way beyond obsessive and then turned it into a museum (The EMP). As I am reading I keep going, man I know how that feels or I know a few guys like that. Plus it is all about Pacific Northwest bands, which is right up my alley. Just finished prior some book about a chick who liked to cut words into herself and her wacko mom and little sister are baby killers... Razor something or Sharp...? Good book. but can't remember the title for nothing.
  15. Ooohh, GREAT SONG! Zebra-Who's Behind The Door "I myself have felt a pang of hunger, but I know about one thing worse And that's the way I feel after a twelve course meal when I feel like I'm about to burst..." "Let Them Eat Rock" The Upper Crust "Some'll smile Some'll roll their eyes Like it's a lost dark heart that sees This world is black And we can't get back So feeing good feels good to me" Poets & Pornstars-Rock N Roll (BTW: this song is not on the indie release of this cd from 2005, certainly worth tracking down on Karmagun Records) "Once upon a time or it could have been two, I can't recall cause I've had quite a few. Lend me your ear and I'll tell you a tail, It's all about a boy who wound up in jail. There was a skuffle and there was a fight, When death paid a visit to the theif that night..."
  16. I agree with this as well...NFL overtime rules are horrible. I too am in agreeance with the OT "sudden death" format. Too much too chance and not a lot of reliance on skill/gamesmanship. Would be nice to see NFL OT play another 1/4. Or maybe shrink it in 1/2, have a 7 minute minie 1/4? And on topic with bad calls, sure they were happening all over the place in this game and 100% yes, you can't win if you turn over 7 times, but in OT if memory serves 6 of the 9 plays went to booth review, if you can't see the obvious, even with the help of 32 camara angles then we have bigger problems. And this isn't like a high school game, were talking PRO ball here. The ref's are full time, no more bus driver schedule and if you need to throw a few more on the feild for playoffs and the like than why not. Just my 2 cents, don't have anything invested in any of the 4 teams who played yesterday, but would have liked to seen Brett go out on a high note just to waggle his nose at those oppressive Packers... BTW: the Colts are going to humiliate the Saints in Miami.
  17. Ooohh, GREAT SONG! Zebra-Who's Behind The Door "I myself have felt a pang of hunger, but I know about one thing worse And that's the way I feel after a twelve course meal when I feel like I'm about to burst..."
