  1. Isn't she about in her 80's these days? I don't know if anyone still looks good at her vintage... I think she still looks pretty darn good... Agreed! That handsome stud with her too, huh?!
  2. I don't see the active topics quick link at the bottom of the main page just above the names of who's online??? Did it move or is that feature lost forever... Otherwise looks real good, but certainly was a shocker before coffee.
  3. How's she looking these days? I know it has zero to do with the music, but hey I'm shallow and I'll pick up just about any album with a hot chick on the cover...
  4. Bummer.... Sharing is caring Sir Nicholas.
  5. Interesting... Living in the greater Seattle area, I can live a long and happy life never hearing another song by the likes of Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Jimi Hendrix, Heart, Nirvana and it seems even if these bands aren't on the radio ALL the time, which they are, then you get, which again, no more please, GN'R, Aerosmith, Metallica. (YUCK!) "Every now and then, I turn it on again, but its plain to see that the radio still suck."
  6. Agreed!! Did they release anything? Any plans too? Be damned, 2 lefties!
  7. Nice!! Thanks man! The bottom three are good to go East...
  8. I have been super lucky with Craigslist. I score hundreds at a time and seems to be just about anytime I need them. Some people try and sell them, but I get them/find them for free. Seems a lot of people binder up their discs out West and that leaves me to snap up the cases. These people even leave the inserts... WTF!?

  10. Hey This is Steve, I played guitar for Head dizzy Glad you like the stuff...I'm in a band now called Pets or Meat from Columbus... We are on Facebook I still have copies of those old tunes.. And some Unreleased stuff also... Hey Steve, can I get a copy (s)?
  11. Oh goodness I don't know what will be more decadent the M3 event Dave is attending or the country of Oz's birthday celebration for their king (porn king at least). Hail Sir Geoff!
  12. Have fun you lucky bastard!! And we're looking at you, Rick, to record this. No pressure. Oh it's all set to record. The problem is getting it from the DVR to something I can share it w/everyone. I checked the guide and they are airing it live Friday from 4pm - 11pm and Saturday I think they are airing it live from noon until 11pm. Someone will figure out the way, I have faith...
  13. Going through a kick/spurt of rock n roll autobiographies: Bobby Blotzers-Tales Of A Ratt This one was like reading a Dr. Suess book without the catchy rhymes. Big print, super fast read and stories that went a lot of places, but to an actual point. I really did not like the page and a half devoted to his "Hey, I nailed Moon Zappa and knocked her up." only to not go any further in the tale than that. (?) I did get a few things from the book, Don Dokken is a prick, Juan Crucier is a prick and BB falls in love with EVERY girl he bangs, except Moon Unit apparently or maybe he did, but kept that to himself... Black Tooth Grin-Darryl Abott This one was a good read a hell of a lot better written than the Ratt book. Seems as if Dime was a hel of a guy to hang out with and it appears he had zero ego and was a fanboy til' the end. Obviously the end of the book is a heart wrencher and is another of those you wonder what he still could have acheived... Curently reading: It's So Easy & other Lies-Duff McKagen This one reads really well. Duff obviously has some skills when it comes to writting and the story is a nice little glossy tale from duff's perpective on the rise and partial fall of GN'R. reading about how Steve lost his gig is just sad, while reading Duff's side I wanted to shake the poor bastard...
  14. Black Tora is such a great band. One of the most talented bands around.. and all great guys to hang out with to boot. Can't wait to see them again this year. Insert envious smiley hereand agree that they have mega-skills! "Speak" with Razor Dave from time to time and quite pleased he hooked me up with his and his bands catologue. Hope they churn some new stuff out. That Warryor disc is just a smidge my fave over the BT disc. Had to go back and correct the spelling BLACK TORA!
  15. Would you could you share? I should have a bunch of old Child's Play stuff. I'll see if I can round some stuff up. Yea! Thanks bro!
  16. Black Toro would be worth the price of admission to see live. Their cd kick ass!
  17. Excellent way to spend 5 bucks, that Jetboy disc alone is worth the effort... Then you get DT and D'Generation ta boot.
  18. Good news Faron! Bernd and now Mr. Junky what gives? Sorry to hear... I know I, knock on wood, have been working for the past 6 months, but prior to that I was 18 months without and it was brutal.. Best of luck to all who are looking and same for those that are currently employed, I hope you all get to keep them jobs.
  19. Last month pushed to this month, and here we are at the end of the month. Rumor has it that it is still being final mixed. Artwork in the can. And the release of the new BC is affecting the release... No new definitive release date, but obviously not April.
  20. Man now that's good right there! Consistast as anything these guys are and sound the same or even better than they did 20 years ago!
  21. Be prepared to make copies! Yes I know I'm asking for a bootleg, so sue me! I definitely would if I could Terry, but I don't have any way of doing that. Double
