  1. Probably heading to Doncaster in April to see Kisstroyer and Appetite For Destruction. Tribute bands, but they do great shows...
  2. Not for me but I am gonna google for nudes of the singer.... Fingers crossed.
  3. Kingsmen: The Secret Service. I love this movie, it's really fucking awesome. Homage to old Bond movies with lots of modern twists. Great cast. Hope they make another
  4. Female growls. Sorry, but I just can't so it. Shame because it is a good song, just ruined by the vocals.
  5. Interesting that everyone, here and on Facebook etc basically was saying "QR are dead" "no Kevin, no QR" etc Now they replace a singer and QR seem to be seen as an unmissable act. I have been guilty of this to some degree also. Have to hand it to Frankie. Everyone is quick to bag him for beating a dead horse, but if this guy stays with the band singing, there is a fair chance they could do something fairly good in the future. Good on him for believing when everyone else didn't.
  6. A V P was way better than I expected. I saw Office Christmas Party and Bad Santa 2 in the last 2 weeks. Both were ok, nothing new, could have been better.
  7. Can't hear the clips properly because the kids use all my internet up while I was away, so won't be back to full speed for another couple of days Crazy Night sounded awesome (from when I heard in snippets as it loaded)
  8. Watching SP live on Facebook and enjoying it. What they do live is exceptional. They are in Hollywood and it's much more laid back than when I saw them in Melbourne. Godsmack drummer Sully and Eagles Of Death Metal bass player up on stage Jeffrey Ross sand a couple of songs terribly. Playing lots of covers and samples etc. Good fun.
  9. Setup Bruce Willis and 50 Cent. Hate 50 Cent as an actor. His teeth are obtrusive. I've seen this before, and it's an OK movie. Just missed the mark though.
  10. I only mentioned EVH as he was a true innovator, which is rare.
  11. I kinda missed the whole Randy Rhodes thing. I've heard some of his work, and while it's great, even excellent and exceptional at times, I often feel that he is a good example of early death elevating him to much higher regard than he would have normally achieved. When Eddie Van Halen dies, he will be seen as an iconic guitarist, but if it's old age that gets him, he won't even be regarded as the god that Randy is seen as. I hope writing that doesn't piss people off too much, I don't mean it in a demeaning way, more as an observation based on how I see RR.
  12. OK, so I saw a post on Trumpbook about this so I opened it. Curiosity got me. I didn't hate it. Still no interest but I guess I was expecting utter utter shit because of the posts here and it was better than I expected. No inclination to go back for more though....
  13. Not for me Off All Around The World I would class the following songs as great Gonna Make It Crazy Bai Bang How About Now Summertime Now You're Gone I don't find them same-y at all.
  14. Haha, so I google "Stage Dolls Youtube" and the first hit is Still In Love. So I click play, and skip to where I think the chorus may start and within 2 seconds I see tits Great start. Song sound good too....
  15. What is Stage Dolls? Given the company, I'll check them out
  16. I like that, but I like the first one more. Looking forward to more.
  17. I canna wait for this. Love me some Bai Bang
  18. Yeah, I'm not even gonna try this one out. I like TMF because it's not as soft as recent Ted stuff, but it's still about as soft as I want to o personally. Which makes this Unruly Child off the table fr me...
  19. I'm always wary of this. Often it gets boring real quick when you like it instantly. Still enjoying it though - I think we'll be ok
  20. I hear a graduation between the last two Trixter albums and the TMF record. For me New Audio Machine is more like traditional Trixter with batter production than the 80's I can only really see Live For The Day and The Coolest Thing suiting Ted's voice. Human Era is much close to TMF, and I think Ted could have easily substituted on the following songs (and probably others as well) Every Second Counts Beats Me Up Good Times Now All Night Long Personally I like the way the Trixter are produced more that I do TMF Tattoos And Misery and the old Skid Row song, Walk With A Stranger, are amazing tracks. I still really like TMF, but it's just a different style with different band members with a different sound. I wouldn't say Steve 'saved' songs for a project, just used the appropriate songs for the others involved.
  21. I just played Radar Love by White Lion because it shits shits shits all over the Golden Earring song Now I'm playing Don't You Let Me Down - Peter Criss
  22. I've been thinking about parting with my collection. BUT, most of it isn't ripped to my HDD, so I'd make it a slow process. Doubt I could bundle up some of the rare and sought after CD's with the generic stuff. I'd need to know they were going to good homes
