  1. Oh, @Glen, how did we ever doubt you? ;} I remember when I first heard this album. I threw the files on my DAP, took it to work, hit 'play,' and was immediately disappointed. I don't think I've listened to it more than five times. But, as I said above, I still love "Through."
  2. I was gonna spin this last night, but got sidetracked.
  3. I'm guessing Reckless Love will be back. But when? Who knows? It's a real shame this happened after such a banger that was Turborider. And we all know the Synthwave direction was due to Hessu being out of commission after his back surgery, so it makes sense that he's itching to play again. You can't fault him for leaving. I wonder what the other boys will get up to.
  4. Had a bit of a Deen day, yesterday. Generation Radio, Gioeli - Castronovo, then Rev Saints. This song is still so good. It's a shame the rest of the album didn't live up to it.
  5. To be even more fair, the album is called Secrets, so there's still a chance. ;}
  6. Rude. What do you have against chefs?
  7. She's def a better looking reason.
  8. Glad to see Theocracy make someone's list. I need to give it a few more spings.
  9. Truu. While I get that the albums are quintessential to the genre, I do wish they had only included one record from each band.
  10. Seems like they actually made an effort with this. I'd like to see who they'd include if they expanded the list to 100.
  11. AOR that dips into the Westcoast and Hi-Tech sub-genres. And if it at all appeals to you, all four bonus tracks are essential.
  12. By now y'all know I don't make these lists, but I'm having a difficult time even remembering what I listened to from 2023 apart from ModX - Secrets. That album completely eclipsed everything for me. For that reason it's my number one of the year. I still listen to it almost daily.
  13. Yeah, well, there def aren't enough bands out there doing the Pomp sound, and that was a big part of Lionheart's style, originally. There isn't enough variety in the scene. Everyone is starting to sound too similar.
  14. Welcome to the forums, mate. You were in a band? Did you record anything?
  15. Oh, I read it as "haunting" ghosts, and the idea of living people going around haunting ghosts sounds a bit more interesting to me. ;}
  16. It's still crazy to me that this band reunited. I like the song. I do wish their sound was a bit more Pomp, but it's good.
  17. Even more shit singers out there. Like the two that were in the band before Andre. I would imagine there's a greater chance of this band failing with a new frontman.
