No, I know. I still think they would not be able to play a venue like that in the PNW. Or even all the way down to California. In Mexico, absolutely.

I didn't take a close enough look at the billing, there were actually four bands that night: LØLØ (who's actually decent), The Summer Set, State Champs (I thought their set was better than TSS), and then Boys Like Girls (a whole tier higher than the rest, real good show, the dude can fuckin' sing live!). It was a great night.

Do they really draw that large of a crowd? I don't know if they've ever toured Canada, but I can't imagine them being able to fill one of our large venues.

In fairness, they aren't forcing anything down anyone's throat. But I do understand what you're saying. The reason the keep doing this is because fuckos keep buying it. Go to the Melodic Mafia group on the FaceTubes and you'll find literally dozens of people praising all these projects Frontiers releases.

Has anyone else been struggling to remove this from their rotation? I still listen to this album once a day. I thought I would have grown tired of it by now. It turned out to be a decent year, but ModX still sits comfortably at the top.

Still haven't got to this one, but I tend to agree with your assessments, so maybe I'll move it up queue.

I would say G is difficult-ly my favourite. Lipservice, Domino Effect, and Need to Believe also fight for that slot.

You guys are giving me the urge to start CD hunting again. And I don't even have a player anymore, save the stereo in my car.

I don't do any thrifting anymore. There's one good used media store I know of one town over, but I hate driving through that city. And the prices are probably too high. And all the CDs you find at the local thrift stores are usually scratched to hell. I miss the thrill of the hunt, though. Even my eBay days, which are long behind me, were a lot of fun.

Oh, it's too bad he didn't use Corabi for this album. That would have been dope. Hopefully they collaborate again in the future.
