  1. Out of curiosity, how big is the venue where they should've played?
  2. Sounds like that shitty band called Rammstein, just not as shitty, but still pretty shitty
  3. Impossible task for me to narrow it down to just 10. I think maybe somewhere between 50-100 albums from that period are all equally good to me. Haywire and Masquerade I've never even heard, but since they are in your top 10, I guess I should.
  4. Lots of albums, but these instantly came to mind Slamer - Nowhere Land Tyketto - Don't come easy Saints & Sinners - s/t
  5. His album Resonance from last year wasn't half bad either, this being my favourite song off it:
  6. Nicklas Sonne from Defecto, have released a new single, to compete in the Eurovision song contest, and it's not bad at all!
  7. Well I did that impossible task for you, at least for me this would be a killer set: Mötley Crüe: Find Myself Shout at the Devil Wildside If I die tommorrow All in the name of Piece of your action You're all I need Kickstart my heart Same old situation Primal scream Angela Driftaway Don't go away mad Saints of Los Angelas Home Sweet Home
  8. The two releases (One More for the Road and Nothing but Wild) prior to this one, are far better albums imo, especially One More for the Road. Good band :-)
  9. My better half bought me tickets for the Metallica show in Denmark in 2024, so here's what I'm hoping for: Metallica For whom the bell tolls Whiplash Fade to black The unforgiven II Last Caress/Green Hell The thing that should not be Welcome home (Sanitarium) One Enter Sandman The Unforgiven To live is to die Seek and destroy Mama said So what Nothing else matters
  10. Haha, I can see how that looks, my original answer was to just switch out a couple of songs from tts's setlist, but I edited that answer later, as I put some more thought into it.
  11. Guns n roses Welcome to the jungle Paradise City Mama kin Patience Civil War Knocking on heavens door You could be mine Sweet child o mine Bad obsession November rain Human being Garden of eden Dead Horse One in a million Rocket queen
  12. Actually, I put some more thought into it, and my dream of a setlist with Def Leppard looks like this: Def leppard Stagefright Photograph Tear it down Bringin on the heartbreak Animal Too late for love When love and hate collide Rock of ages Love bites Gods of war Two steps behind Armageddon it Die hard the hunter Love and affection White lightning Pour some sugar on me
  13. Pick any band(s), pick no more than 15 songs to compile your preferred setlist, and take the running order in cosideration as well. Only one band per post please, I'll start with H.E.A.T. Breaking the silence One by one Beg Beg Beg In and out of trouble I can't look the other way Everybody wants to be someone Need her Point of no return Inferno Mannequin Show The one and only Dangerous ground Come clean Nothing to say Rise
  14. Well I might actually check that one out then, based on your comment, thanks.
  15. I guess a lot the mid nineties releases from the classic eighties rock bands never really got a fair chance by me, releases like Slang, Ultraphobic, Fear no Evil and probably others. Maybe because I was hugely let down by Subhuman Race and Mötley Crüe, I thought that every act was putting out shit like that, so I never bothered. These days there is so much high quality music to check out, so I might never go back to revisit these records.
  16. This dude can cover everything and make it sound like his own, amazing voice. Suppose he's gonna make a living being the hired gun here and there like Jeff Scott Soto and the likes.
  17. Everything Red Hot Chili Peppers ever recorded, man do they suck to these ears!
  18. I like it plenty, they've always had this kind of gloomy side to some of their songs, and they do that really well.

    World Cup 2022

Yeah, that really sucked, the boys had been playing so well at Euro 2020, world cup quali, and nations league, but they sure failed at this tournament, such a letdown. Best of luck to Australia, fully deserved.
  20. Metallica did it on their Hardwired tour, at least at the show I saw. Apparently they are doing it on their M72 World Tour 2023-2024
  21. My first live experience was D-A-D on April 22, 1995, at a venue which had a capacity of 6000 people. It was on their Helpyourselfish tour, and every song from that album was included on a setlist consisting of 24 songs. They were at the height of their career both musically and popularity-wise. I've seen them about 15 times, but this April night was something special.
  22. Ten Thousand Fists and Indestructible are two really great albums imo, way better and more consistent than any Nickelback album, who usually only have about a handful of enjoyable songs on them.
