  1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gnvKnIS6E2c Enjoy
  2. Rockhead - Hell's Back Door A track I only just recently heard for the first time, been playing it a lot over the last week or so. What an amazing song.
  3. Never really got into anything they did after Good Acoustics. I remember one song called "Acid Rain" off Category 5, which I guess I kinda liked.
  4. Thanx mate Great song, guess I should catch up on some sleeping now, with that out of my head.
  5. Are you guys familiar with concept of having a piece of a song going around in your head, yet for some reason you can't freakin' remember who wrote it? It's annoying, 'cause naturally you wanna hear it I figured we could need a thread for these issues. I find this happening more and more often for me, I guess it's one those things which seems to increase as you grow older. Here's the piece I can't remember: "it is time for a change, let your voice be heard. We only get one chance on this planet earth. Open your eyes...... Bla bla bla. It's an awesome song, and I've heard it so many times, which just makes it even more frustrating.
  6. Actually The Baseballs did a rock-a-billy version of "Hot n' Cold", pretty cool if you're into that kind of stuff.
  7. The albums second best track after "Call Paul Stanley" is "Touch". The weakest of the bunch is "Look Out". I'd rate the album 9/10, awesome stuff
  8. Just heard the two Japanese bonus tracks on youtube, great stuff. Any suggestions on how to get a hold of these two tracks? I'm not buying the Japanese edition as I already own the poor man's version. They're not available on iTunes either
  9. hi Kristian, you should go to www.sleaszyrider.com and order directly from Solis (LnB is under his label) for only EUR 5 per CD, and you can also buy several Perris discs there, for the same price, so it could be the cheapest you can get. Thanks I'll do that, just have to make sure Ginza have deleted my order, so I don't end up with two copies.
  10. I ordered this from cdon a couple of months ago, then ultimately got an e-mail which said they couldn't deliver, yet for some reason it's still available on the site. Then I tried ordering it from Ginza.se (about three weeks ago now), got an email which said it's not available at the moment, and therefor is kept in back order, my guess is, in a month or so they'll tell me they can't deliver either.
  11. Asphalt Ballet, they were in that Charlie Sheen movie, way back.
  12. Theater of Pain: "Home Sweet Home" Girls Girls Girls: "Wildside" - best Crüe song ever! Dr. Feelgood: "Same ol' Situation" - surprised to see it only got 5 votes.
  13. Tough to pick out only 15 tracks. Piece of Your Action On With the Show Knock 'em Dead Kid Smoking in the Boys Room Home Sweet Home Raise You Hands to Rock Wildside Dancing on Glass All in the Name of You're All I Need Kickstart my Heart Same ol' Situation She Goes Down Don't Go Away Mad Anybody Out There? ...and Toast of the Town , if it were on the list.
  14. Their first album was great Apparently they have a new album out. The first single "Dead Weight" sounds very promising. Check it out on revolvertv.com
  15. Great review I remember reviewing it for Antenna, I'll see if I can find the file somewhere. Imo it's the best AOR album released this side of the millenium, absolutely amazing. Too bad last years Terry Brock record couldn't live up to it.
  16. Fantastic record, "Russia" is breathtaking.
  17. You should find it cheap, It's not worth the price on cdon. Two standout tracks: "Highest Mountain" and "Key to my Heart", the rest is pretty average imo.
  18. Just got my copy, these guys are insanely good, favourites so far are: "Showdown in Central Park", "Take Me For a Ride", "Call Paul Stanley", and "Touch"
  19. This is from their latest album, imo their best song yet. The singer can be a bit tiring, and I can't listen through an entire album by these guys, but this song really does it for me, imo it's decades better than anything else they've ever done.
  20. Sounds great, ordered myself a copy this morning.
  21. They have the Lipstixx n Bullets album here: cdon.com just ordered myself a copy today.
  22. "Just Tonight" is alright sounds kinda like Kelly Clarkson, the other two reminded me of Hole or Garbage - not really my thing. She sure looks like a nice girl though :-)
  23. They've been quite popular here, Pernille (the singer) also had a lot of succes with her previous band Swan Lee. The bassist (and Pernille's husband)used to play in Mew. The couple are equal front figures in the band. Not really my thing, but I always love it when you guys talk about Danish bands. :-)
  24. Would be nice to own a hard copy some day, in the meantime, would you be willing to share those mp3's with me?
