:lol: Considering the fact that I'm generally a fast learner and I haven't learned a single thing about women over the past 3 years... I'm pretty sure I've strapped myself in for this ride of complete unknowing. :D

 

FYI, we ended up going to the show together last night and had dinner and enjoyed the show... it was actually a really good night and she came around eventually. Though, trust me to choose Australia Day to book tickets to a show in the middle of the city. For those who don't know, it's almost as busy as New Years Eve in Sydney on Australia Day. Freakin' nightmare, but luckily we went in earlier and got a ($18 - WTF???) parking space for the night.

 

But in regards to the above statements by my brethren: Not to be a tosser, but I admit my wife is f*cking gorgeous. She's probably way too good for me, out of my league and all that... and I'm so sad (or romantic? <_< ) that I still catch myself checking her out like a virginal schoolboy if (like today) she's walking down the sand on the beach in her bikini, or last night in that dress... but anyway, I'm getting sidetracked. She wore this stunning black dress last night, looked amazing in it... a lot of delicious cleavage... and as discussed, it's the busiest night in the world in Darling Harbour... we're walking through a million people to get to the casino where the show was, everyone's drunk and in the Australia day spirit, the sexy lady and the dress were turning a few heads, as she often does, which I take as a compliment, and this one group of dudes yells out from a bar to me, 'Oh man! You're so lucky!' And because of the last 24 hours, regardless of how gorgeous she is, all I could think in my head was, 'Really? You wanna take her then?' :lol: I know, I know. I'm a prick and it's the last thing I think now... but at the time and the mood she was in...

 

But I always remember an email someone sent me years and years ago. It's this picture of this amazingly sexy lady and the caption says something along the lines of "No matter how sexy she looks, somewhere in the world she's making some man's life a living hell" or something like that... I can't remember. Either way, that's how I was feeling yesterday. But then they get back to normal and you have a good night like last night and today and you remember why you love them so much... and I guess that's the allure of the woman. :wub: And their norks don't let them donw either. :D

I can't speak on if you are better looking but, I know you are most certainly sexier today.

 

 

I have to agree with you. My only question is how you would know that.

I liked what I read above. Like Wes, I feel I grow more handsome everyday and dedicate a few moments each day ('Mirror Moments') to check the progress. So far, like Wes, it's going well.

 

I bought 2 little photo frames at lunch because I'm going to put one piccie of my kitty and puppy together on my desk, and another of my wife. To remind me why I'm not lying on the office floor with my wrists slit yet.

I've decided that I am in fact better looking today than I was yesterday.

When I look in the mirror Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise get jealous.

I find Brad Pitt to be very handsome, but I don't "get" the whole Tom Cruise thing. He's, like, so not a hottie.

 

As for an update on my looks, I haven't shaved for 4 days so I have a very rugged handsome look going. I'd tap me.

Is he from your clan or from the Woodland realm?

 

He's from the clan of Midlife Crisis elves. That's why he dumped Nicole Kidman (i.e. one of the hottest women in the world) and replaced her with Katie Holmes (who is barely old enough to drink).

      So some may remember that Tyketto toured recently and aside from Forever Young, I never delved into this band. So I did, so I'd know the songs in concert and was blown away. A great band with an awesome catalog that I had missed out on. To be fair, in the 80's it was a lot harder to access and find out about a lot of the more fringe bands, that's my excuse anyway. So I now am faced with digging deeper into some other bands I've overlooked. Some of these I gave a go, and wasn't really impressed, but now I'm starting fresh with an open mind. So below is a list of bands I have eitehr never bothered with, or never really gave a proper go. Lizzy Borden is on the list and I have done a bit of their stuff and like it a lot, so I will definately dig deeper into them (I've got some older stuff and some newer stuff, but have skipped quite a few albums) But the others, fire away, tell me which bands have killer material that I'll froth and how stppid I've been to skip them.
