Have just been reading the 'Your Reviews' for JOURNEY on Melodicrock.com, and . These people either 1) Hate the band to begin with, & wouldnt have liked anything without Steve Perry regardless of how good it is, or 2) Have only heard the samples. One of them thinks it's too 'nu-metal' for him?!

 

Another says that Schon now plays heavier music with no melody. Listen to "A Better Life" & tell me it 'aint the most melodic lead guitar lines you ever heard?

 

My advice to anyone who loves great AOR (& is prepared to skip a few ropey tracks) is just buy this album, ignore all the pre-conceptions & negativity of most reviewers of this, & just enjoy it for what it is....

 

Sorry, just had to get that off my chest!
