I am seriously digging this album. Out June 19 on Metalopolis Records.

JESSICA WOLFF is a very busy young Finnish artist. Not only is she committed to music, she is also acting, practicing Kung-Fu and doing stunt work. Not to mention, behind the actions of this adrenaline junkie, you'll find a warm-hearted girl with striking personality. This is also reflected in her music with everything from catchy melodies to thought-provoking lyrics.

Three years have passed since her last album “GROUNDED”. During this time, she did an European tour with TREAT, her own headlining tour, which ended with a performance at the HEAT Festival 2018, songwriting and recording the new album “PARA DICE”. During this time Jessica and her musicians, the Wolffpack, have grown more together as a team. This is also shown by the fact that her band participated in the new album more than ever before. Produced by Jonas Olsson “PARA DICE” is still a JESSICA WOLFF album but sounds much more the way they sound live on stage. Harder, more direct - straight in your face.

The album title “PARA DICE” refers to going against the stream and daring to take risks in life, if you want to achieve your goals. This is exactly the motto of life of this outstanding artist!

I think she released something half decent last year or the year before, didn't she? Definitely seems to have boosted the rock elemement to her music. Nice. I'll check it out.

I listened to this one today and thoroughly enjoyed it.  Has more of a modern rock feel to it than what I usually listen to.  Musically it's heavier than her last album but the songs retain plenty of melody.  Nicely produced, with nothing I'd really consider as filler material.  I think this release is a nice step forward for her.

    • CRT is what they are trying to force into our elementary schools, it teaches kids that they have privilege if they are white, if they are black they are oppressed, and no matter what they do in life all the rules and laws in this country are racist and rigged so if your a minority its all working against you, it's garbage, and it's further proof that these fucking cockroaches really are not interested in trying to improve race relations in the US, they are only into playing identity politics and making sure racism not only survives but thrives, if racism goes away then so does their meal ticket.
    • Shit I was into that Duke Nukem shit,
    • As an elitist my first, second and third reaction was a resounding no.   But then after a little self reflection and attesting that I don't have to have a hard drive of beeps, bits and squeals made it OK.   As mentioned clearly noting the format is key.   I believe we have some "Band Made CDR's" onsite as well, but as stated those are official releases and no other format.   While we are going down the rabbit whole, why not include cassette's? Maybe even vinyl? But the caveat would be that the release fits the parameters of the site and no other format exists, cuz at the end of the day its getting the cool bands seen and known to the elite crowd that resides herein.
    • And while Young & Fabulous does the most excellent TPOH inspired 1980's glam fused rock n roll, the Upper Crust go old old old school and take it back to the 1880's, Once More Into the Breeches, baby. Both band are far to witty with not only their tongues but yours and your girlfriends jabbed into their cheek
    • You're either into that sort of thing or you aren't... I've been into gaming since Doom released in 1993...actually I even gamed before that on bulletin boards before the internet really got going....
    • Washington State has a boatload of glam bands for glamier than the likes of Heart, no disputing MLB, cuz Landrew the love god is well god. Teachers Pett Rail Gibby Lixx Show N Tell Perennial War Babies TKO Bang Gang Talks Cheap Tramp Alley Alice N Chains (pre Facelift) Diamond Lie Lipstick Aurora Bathtub Gin Whiskey Fixx Masheen Heck even the new (er) Prophets of Addiction ...to name a few, plenty more.
