I have to go to Hebden Bridge tomorrow to get Ben a POWER RANGERS MYSTIC FORCE ROOTCORE BASE for his birthday at the end of the month (there's also a great little rock specialist CD shop there so I'll hobble if I have to). It's awesome, apparently it has two modes of operation and there is at least one Power Ranger figure with it...I'm so excited I can't wait to get it .....for Ben that is..yes ...for the boy (ahem)!

If you're referring to his lack of reply, Nick and I were out being superheros the other night but we kind of overdid it a little, and, well, Nick ain't exactly the spring chicken he was back when we used to beat villains to edible pulps, and he, well... he put his back out. So he's just been recovering in bed for the last few days. But we'll be back soon, to spread vengeance to the unfortunate.

Just finished washing my tights after a night out doing super hero stuff with Geoff...haha didn't that guy struggle as we force fed him chocolate coated warships ... I thought I would never stop laughing...hence the tight washing just now.

By the way Geoff...my tights have faded to a sort of grey, how do you keep yours so black and ultimately crime stopping sexy? Am I using the wrong powder?

My only advice would be to hand wash them. After a big night out fighting crime I usually spend the next day cooling off in the local river, where I also take the time to wash my tights and my cape while I'm there paddling around.
