If we in Australia had 3 cases we'd shut the borders for 6 weeks and force everyone to remain in their homes. Then our hysterical media would start interviewing hysterical health experts about the performance of hysterical politicians so the hysterical public can keep hyperventilating. Everyone in Australia lives in fear of their own shadows. We already had the most restrictive and regulated country in the world and now it has become a giant prison. I am lucky though as I am introverted so lockdowns don't bother me much other than hatred of people telling me I can't be free.
The self-titled Skid Row album is better than the critically-aclaimed Slave to the Grind, and if Skid Row had released another album like their debut instead of STTG the fall of glam metal to grunge may have been less total.
I'll start.
Motley Crue - Motley Crue (1994) is the best album that The Crue released. Jon Corabi is a great singer and fit the band's new, mature sound well. If the band stuck to their guns, what could have been?
I read recently that they would have had a third but the record company paid them 1 Million NOT to make a third album cause they just wanted grunge then. Crazy stuff.
Arcade
Asphalt Ballet
Balance
Beautiful Creatures
Blessed by a Broken Heart
Blue Murder
Bonham
Brides of Destruction
Ok that is just a and b in my collection...
I have 8 of those lol!
I am bummed about Bad City, a recent grouo. I really liked that album, especially the song "Call Paul Stanley". Why'd they spilt?
I'd classify this as closer to speed metal, with a bit of thrash and classic American power metal rather than hard rock. Not really my thing but can see those who like old school metal would dig this.
