  2. Congrat's to you fine sir and Terry is an amazing name with a wealth of privilages attached...
  3. Is this not the Gentlemens club anymore? not here and you noticed that extra C. Just messing with you Terry. Nice ass!
  4. SUS I believe, very AIC like... And as Danny mentions and as the rumor goes if you want one of these bad enough get with Skotty and he will get one to you at a premium. Apparently they pressed 3,000 of these Ep's, that's right 3,000! So getting one should be pretty easy. Of note obtaining the 2 cassette only releases would be an amazing feet. And no I don't have them, but will soon have cdr's and J cards...
  5. "The new law of evolution in corporate America seems to be survival of the unfittest. Well, in my book you either do it right or you get eliminated. In the last seven deals that I've been involved with, there were 2.5 million stockholders who have made a pretax profit of 12 billion dollars. Thank you. I am not a destroyer of companies. I am a liberator of them! The point is, ladies and gentleman, that greed -- for lack of a better word -- is good. Greed is right. Greed works. Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit. Greed, in all of its forms -- greed for life, for money, for love, knowledge -- has marked the upward surge of mankind. And greed -- you mark my words -- will not only save ____________________, but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA. Thank you very much." You say greed as if it is a bad thing... Thanks Gordan Gekko. Seriously, we know Ozzy is a frizzle fried puppet to his ever so lovely, innocent and devoted wife. (she is ruthless, no lie.) But to interject logic and sense to the discussion, 4 guys recorded the Sabbath stuff, be-it Ozzy, Dio, Martin, Gillan on vox and logic and sense says that unless you were a pay for play studio/live hack than you should get you fair (see fair) share. I think the whole re-recording w/o Ozzy angle would be brilliant and talk about a slap in the face. RJD is my fave of the lot, but would it not be cool to re-record the old Sabbath stuff with a gaggle of guest singers?
  6. Couple more NW indies: Nocturne-Of Beauty And Decay Out From Underneath-Transitions
  7. Watched Drag Me To Hell Its a Sam Raimi flick featuring the Buick, if you like Evil Dead stuff this will make you all warm and tingly...
  8. I can't even imagine what improvements could be made to this cd. One of the best recorded and produced cd's ever. Stands the test of time right along with High N Dry, Boston, etc........
  9. The collective knowledge of music and music related topics is staggering on this board. I know I peruse a few other music related boards and I must say they don't compete with the regulars here. I love you guys...and girls. *Group hug*

  11. Attitude For Destruction Pretty schlocky b horror, rock n roll movie, but the soundtrack kicks ass!!!!!!!!!
  12. Where's the P's... PANDEMONIUM - Retrospect has inked a THREE album deal with this L.A.-based Metal act to re-issue their classic underground Melodic Metal releases "Hole in the Sky" , "Heavy Metal Soldiers" and "The Kill". Originally released between 1983 and 1987 , metal collectors around the world have long lamented that this triple Metal assault has never been available on cd. That changes now! We'll also be releasing a slew of unreleased tracks. & PERENNIAL “In My Dreams” (1986) and “You’re The Ones” e.p. (1983) – I am thrilled to announce Retrospect’s freshly signed contract with this KILLER AOR band from Seattle, WA. We will be remastering and re-issuing both coveted releases on one CD, for the first time ever. These guys were almost signed to Capitol before tragedy struck their guitarist after being in an accident and he was in casts for 6 months. If you have not yet heard this band then I can promise you -- lovers of 80’s melodic hard rock / AOR will be all over this!! ????!!!!???? Of note the guitarist for Pandemonium reside in Washington and I met up with him a few weeks back and he is a cool guy and had a million stories. Got him to sign a few things...
  13. And Mathias Stabbs... Interestingly enough though and it could be the sites issue, is the release and label info on the link Leykis provided shows the cd out in 1990 on MCA... Read that interview and what a collection of boobs! And I don't mean norks that we all love so much I mean a plastic sack full of dim bulbs.
  14. Excellent topic and yes I get flak regularly about my collecting and taste in music. Most recent comment, " Do you need floor to ceiling cd's?" My wife tolerates the cd's at best, allows for some spending from time to time, but would have the cd's sold of in a nano second if she could. I love my wife dearly and I will admit that I love a good CD hunt almost as much, if not more, than actually having them, but it is the one thing that makes me me, you know. Music has been an amazing attribute in my life, it has always been there through thick and thin and has never talked back, smacked me, etc... My wife is a country "music" girl, but I do sneak in some aor from time to time. Otherwise it is always played with headphones or in the car commuting.
  15. Get in line brother... Hubba hubba ding ding!!! She is so darn cute and sings like a frickin' angel to boot!
  16. Agree with Keith on Herman's Head, really good show and the original Nightstalker series with the father from A Christmas Story iw/was excellent!
  17. Cool stuff and the movie was real good too! According to a post on youtube here are the band members: "Chad Fischer (vocals, keyboards, bass guitar, drums); Keith England (vocals); Tim Bright (guitars, keyboards); Chris Link, Patrick Houlihan (bass guitar); Mike Knoblach (cowbells). These are the guys that played as the sound of Vesuvius." Reminds more of Krokus, Marc Storace.
  18. I do like that drawer angle, how's that working out. I would like to get some base cabinets and drawer all my discs like that.
  19. Is this not the Gentlemens club anymore? not here and you noticed that extra C. And back to Villan the guitarist Skotty is still around Gig Harbor and still claims to have some copies...
  20. Keith, I am in agreeance with the eye candy motif of the show... but, the show would kick much more backside if it was just the aforementioned young ladies prancing about for an hour.
  21. I'd like to see: 1) Nowhere Man brought back and at least ended! Great show and it amazes me how ahead of its time this show was. 2) Parker Lewis Can't Lose. (Would someone get me all the episodes on DVD!) 3) Erie Indiana! Simply awesome another gem way ahead of its time. 4) Pete and Pete, yea I know it was a Nickelodeon show, but it frickin' rules! 5) Quantum Leap 6) Amazing Stories 7) The Tick There are plenty of others, but those are it right now, today!
  22. Gary is a wealth of information and has a pretty darn good trade list. Great guy! Trade without reservation.
