  1. Can't believe I forgot about Psychefunkapus.
  2. Thanks pal, I get it now, but don't get the fact that the incident is whipped from existance.
  3. Ha ha ha. Wtf. The absolute audacity of that person for attacking this dude, taking one to the brain (less) pan and then, and then crying to the police about it, while holding a sign that says F**K the Po Po, is downright ridiculous. Of note the sound of aluminum bouncing of cranium is so funny. Should be the sound my phone makes when I get a message... Lastly, wtf?! "She was brandishing their penis"... Cody if you went and slapped your schmekel on the counter at the A&P you'd be dunzo fella, but obviously the rules are not equal, even though equality is what we are asking for, right?
  4. Now that's a loaded statement. Football is inherently made up of men and more specifically white and black, but I don't think the Redskins or any other team would turn away a player based on their ethnicity only their play ability.
  5. Sorry Cody your going to have to run that one down for me as all I see is a gaggle of flacked out folks standing around and then that same gaggle scurries a bit and then its over...
  6. I so wish they would have done more as I did rather enjoy that entire album. That said they did sneak onto the Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey Soundtrack.
  7. Yes, can't believe I forgot about this one. This is/was King of the Hill before they name changed for the record company.
  8. I have it too and agree its a nice one.
  9. Not the same as a reissue. This guy posts plenty of oddball releases and a rip of this to cdr is atm the only way you'll have a cd;
  10. This one is far too obvious but wtf its awesome!
  11. Speaking of the Daddies or the Cherry Poppin Daddies depending on which era of the bands evolution you are listening to I thought them worth a mention as like DNR the Daddies, who many only know the Zoot Suite Riot track during that whole Swingers phase, but they were doing that with metal and punk and funk since the 80's and doin it well. The earlier stuff is certainly funkier then the current more ska flared stuff but again its nice. Of note saw the Daddies open for DNR on DNR's The Heat tour at the Roseland theater in lovely Portland Oregon on New Years Eve no less. I did see them a handful of other times later in life at various Seattle clubs and on any night they ruled and it was always awesome no matter the venue size they literally would have 10 guys onstage.
  12. Decided to break the post up to avoid it being too cumbersome to load. White Trash, well you know this one I am sure. Why more funky then metal but still groovy af and worth a listen or 10. Singer sounds a lot like the Tora Tora singer to me tossed in a blender with the Cherry Poppin Daddies.
  13. Can't agree more with being smitten with DRN. Here are a few others, some old, some new, some borrowed, some blue and some teeter on the "metal" label but still kick bottom. Love On Ice came from the PNW, Portland, Oregon and they dropped their one and only album Nude on Interscope in 1992. Probably not a lot of love for this outside of the left coast but there should be as its a solid effort.
  14. This was a killer 1 off record and I am sure you know these guys became Goldfinger, similar to this but more pop punk than metal like this ELH record.
  15. Someone has posted most of the songs online already and sounds quite early KIX to me ala the S/T of Cool Kids. AND it looks like all the songs clock in real short, but sweet.
  16. Yes, tis a nice song and this album, All For One, is in my collection. I am certain I have Tear of Thought as well.
  17. Oh for some passable trannies, it would be a treat, literally...
  18. None of our favorite bands should have released anything after their debuts...
  19. Ironically I just opined on this very tangent in the IKEA thread. As I stated therein, we as a society that is is clamoring for equality all the while building these label barriers, which thats all it is. LGBTQ+ just exacerbates the divide. Ultimately you be you but why do you want ANY stigma, label attached? It doesn't make sense. And as I mentioned elsewhere, WHY does any life take precedence over another? How can anyone proclaim "NO LIVES MATTER, until" or "Stop (enter ethnicity here) violence". Again, just stop violence. Stop segregating or deepening the void . And sorry, but your daughters friend once she wants 3 months off paid maternity leave or some other female specific special treatment the line will blur I guarantee. Sorry for the diatribe, maybe its the 116 degree heat...
  20. That is the rub isn't DP. Amerka is s'posed to be diverse, that's the whole premise, right? I keep saying the more we continue down the worm hole the worse it will get. Example: LGBTQ, now with plus (+). Now don't get me wrong you do you but why upon why do we have to label you? Why can't you just be Tony, the dude with tits who likes falafel? I can't be the only one that sees that the while we are all clamoring for equality we are building these walls with all the labels. Seems counterintuitive to me. And while I am purging, why does any "life" in particular matter more than the next? Does the color of your skin or your lack of penis make you special, better that the next human? Sorry tried to logic in a illogical society. Carry on.
  21. Soooo many tangents in this one, good grief. The KEY take away is that IKEA took the heat for it and didn't come right out and say what they tip toed around in their statement that "employees of the store created a menu of their cultural favorites"... and we all know that in Atlanta you might have a few differing ethnicities on staff, in the majority, other than white.
  22. Yea, but it was so far removed and a different singer ta boot.
  23. I have more original members on me than there are in this band, lol. As for the song its OK, pretty non eventful an I have already forgotten it.
