  2. The money you've dropped on Japan pressings lately I'm suprised your not dead yet. 2 words... "SEPERATE ACCOUNTS!" Still got to get them through the door... Ship them to work and then they just trickle in with the ones you were listening to in the car...

  4. Agreed! Always sing along with the 'bama and if tehy aren't a hit making machine. 40 Hour Week still gets regular rotation and if songs like "Roll On", "Play In Texas", "Cheap Seats" and "High Cotton" (amongst MANY others) don't get your toes tappin'then your dead.
  5. I am only trying to be as scholarly as you my friend. I got 2 words for you Butch Walker DVD. Wait thats 3 words. 2 words and an abbreviation, ah hell you know what I mean... Many thanks guys for the Kudos and I don't know if I want to send a cd to the Junky household... but I'd certainly love to see the post in the "Hiding Your Addiction" thread when she finds the package.

  8. Reading Dean Koontz'5th and supposed final offering in his Frankenstein series.
  9. F*cking AWESOME movie!! It has no redeeming social values whatsoever, it's just tits, ass, and gore. Which is what is too be expected/required for us who rember the heyday of horror films through the 80's... On topic: The Flock-Richard Geere's 8mm knockoff. Basically a glorified and longer SVU episode. Rage-This one should tickle master Keith. Lot's of bad cgi, titties and kooky bubbling flesh...

I have not heard any of this groups music, but based on how sexy that broad is I will buy the cd's!
  13. How would suncity be ripping off the band? I'm not sure how these labels work, but surely the band wouldn't have invested cash into the venture.... i would have thought that was all left up to the label. Only thing that comes to mind in the form of a "rip off" is if the band sent the label any masters or swag of any kind and then can't make contact ot figure out what is being done with it or to get it back... I can't imagine any label asking for funding to release an artists music. Or for that matter any artist dumb enough to do it.
  14. Another solid song and man they sure are dumping some scratch into the videos! Pro quality stuff and of course who doesn't appreciate the use of hot chicks! Well done boys!
  15. John Candy was masterful in this one! Excellent movie...
  16. I know, it seems I am the only one that needs to learn things twice! It has been said that repetition is essential for a growing mind...
  17. Great find there boss! Good song, nice cars, hot chicks and if you listen to the lyrics a nice little use of the word hooker...
  18. The VHS cover and that screen shot of the windows making the skull is really cool, probably the best part of the movie...
  19. LP version or extended accordion remix? That dude wails... I actually have both, plus an original demo featuring a dreamy ukulele solo. Yeah but everyone knows the ukelele solo was actually done by Mike Slamer. Which anyone who is in the "loop" knows that thats the name Mr. Fry uses as an alias for some of his earlier works...
  20. I too saw this recently and I must say if Nick Cage keeps to this style of movie I might just start to like him a bit. Also see Bad Leuitenant as it is a "Vampire's Kiss" styled Cage affair. On topic: Harper's Island This CBS "mini-series" is a hoot so far, lots of strong sexuality and some pretty cool gore for a supposed TV show... and Harry Hamlin gets a bit part in episode #1.
  21. That preveiw actually looks good compared to some of the others they've churned out and hey a remote controlled sharptopus and Eric Roberts...
  22. And DS and Jez look at all the additional $$$$$$$$ you have to blow on CD's!!!! Congrat's to you both and Keith just man up and spit it out brother, you know its a nasty and expensive habit and I'm sure the misses would be appreciativce... Go with the cinnamon toothpick instead.
