  1. Yeah, that's what I meant when I said investigation skills. There's quite a few "Surrenders" ahead of it, so if he did do that it was a good effort. It would have taken a bit of time all the while not knowing if it was even in the database. As we say down here, I think Cody owes him a "slab".
  2. I'm still quite keen to hear from MR.AOR as to how he found it. We're you already familiar with the track mate or were there some investigation skills applied. What's the go?
  3. Yeah you're right about the Dollars. As much as I would have loved to hear new stuff from him, I can't begrudge him to opportunity to make some decent money though, so good on him.

His constant contradictions don't do much for his credibility. Speaking of "flip flop", I was reminded of this hilarious scene from a great movie you don't hear much about anymore.
  5. I've just checked and it's actually on the main site database. It was right under Cody's nose this whole time!
  6. Great job mate!!! How the Fuck did you find it?
  7. Love these guys. "Border City Rebels" is available on youtube for "music premium members" only, so I've been unable to post any tracks from it. "Partied Out Freak" and "Toxic Tears" are great tracks. Their "Rock n Roll Addiction" EP, which contains the above track is also great. Their song "Turn It Up" is one of the best examples of Sleaze you'll hear. There's a killer clip for it on youtube which I've posted here before, but now it's age restricted apparently. Fucking youtube!
  8. The search function is all about key words. I know it's a big ask, but can you remember any words from the post or thread title?
  9. I can remember seeing these albums all the time back in the day, but i've never really given these guys much of a go. The vocals never really grabbed me from what little I've heard. I've got all their stuff on file. Judging by the above comments, I may have to revisit.
  10. I absolutely have Voodoo X. I was nearly gonna post it instead of this actually. I remember getting it after hearing "The Awakening" on the "Shocker" soundtrack. I had no idea how magnificent the rest of the album was. One of the best!
  11. Foreigner - That Was Yesterday. It's hard to pick a favourite "Foreigner" track, but this one comes close for me.
  12. Thanks mate. That's exactly how I feel about the album too.
  13. I think you'll love it, especially those tracks I've mentioned.
  14. Another Monster album IMO. The whole album's great, but "Live and Die", "Lyin" and "Greed of Love" will blow you away if you haven't heard them before. "End of the Road" has one of the best choruses you'll ever hear in a ballad.
  15. Been a huge fan of this guy since the Hurricane days. Pure Quality, but no solo albums unfortunately. Again, I've only just scratched the surface with my song selection. Particularly with "Perfect World". Killer album. It's been great to see him get some well deserved mainstream recognition with Foriegner, but I feel the role is beneath him TBH. He's more than just a replacement Lou Gramm. I also can't help think of what great original stuff we've been deprived of over the last few years since his appointment. "Over the Edge" is one of my alltime favourite tracks.
  16. That sounds like it would have been Great.
  17. You do alright mate, for someone who's only seriously been into this stuff since 2006. I would never have thought that. One of the things I love about this music is sharing it with like minded people, especially the younger ones like yourself who appreciate it. Cheers.
  18. Yeah, Great album. "Here Comes Trouble" is one of the best examples of MHR ever!
  19. Well I guess I had to post this one. It goes without saying that IMHO, this is a 100%, no questions asked, "no skips required" album. All Killer!, no filler. I love everything about this album from the music to the vocals to the attitude. PERFECTION!!! The follow up self titled album is also right up there amongst my favourites. Alas, all subsequent releases have paled in comparison to those first two. It's almost impossible for me to pick a favorite track, but if I had a gun to my head, then I'd go with "Hell Child".
  20. I'm the same. I'm pretty good when it comes to tracking shit down and It annoys the fuck out of me when I can't.
  21. Trouble Tribe - Here Comes Trouble. Anytime I hear this one, it's automatically "Song of the Day".
  22. Another Legendary Hired Gun. Definitely one of the most unique and recognizable voices in the business. I don't know what it is about his voice, but I find it very uplifting, it makes me happy. I stuck with only posting one track per project and it wasn't easy. These tracks are just the tip of the iceberg for some of these bands. There's also some projects I haven't included. He's been quite prolific over the years. These clips are in no particular order, but of course, I had to post his best track first.
  23. Yeah, I have to say it does sound too polished to be nobodies. There's a shit load of songs on the main database with the title "Surrender". It's a very popular title. Are they Female vocals?
  24. Yeah, it's being held in Texas apparently.
  25. The Aussie version of this is about to air down here soon. It looks ridiculous! What's next? Ultimate Hopscotch? The Chinese Burn World Championship? Just stupid. Don't be surprised if this shit becomes an Olympic sport down the track. Don't forget, apparently Breakdancing is making its Olympic debut in Paris 2024.
