  1. That cruise sounds incredible. I've never been on one, but they've always fascinated me. Are there many chicks on board?
  2. Ahh, okay. I decided when I started these threads, only one song per project (not easy) and that I wasn't going to include Backing Vocal credits. Just Lead Vocals or Co-Lead Vocals.

I don't agree with your Politics mate, but that's a pretty funny comeback. Nice one.

If anyone thinks this BULLSHIT! Isn't about fear, power and control, then they're kidding themselves. This was in the State of Western Australia. The other side of the country for me, but I gotta say, this is the thin edge of the wedge. The first interaction this guy had with the officer was bad enough, but the follow up from the detectives was disgraceful.
  5. Shotgun Symphony - Highway to Tomorrow. Biloxi - Here and Now. A couple of my favourites from '93 with similar vibes.
  6. I had to post this one after posting the debut. The debut for me is a 10 and my preferred album of the two (just), but IMO I would still consider this one a 9.99. A definite no skipper for me. Robert Mason shines. As with the debut, I love all the tracks, but especially "No Good" and "When Darkness Calls".
  7. You can't beat his Jaded Heart stuff, although I really like "Redrum", "Silent Force" and "Powerworld".
  8. Yeah, I think it's "High Vaultage". Both pre Jaded Heart.
  9. I first heard Michael Bormann on the Jaded Heart album, "Slaves and Masters" and i've been following his career ever since. He's quite prolific,. Many different projects, from AOR to Metal. He appeared on "The Voice" Germany in 2014 apparently. I don't know how he went, but at least he received some sort of public recognition. Although, I don't know how well known he was in Germany prior to that. Maybe PeterS could let us know. Not everything he does is Killer, but considering the amount of work he's done over the years, he's got a pretty good strike rate.
  10. Yep, another one with an opener that gets your attention.
  11. I've been waiting for more of this to pop up on the tubes. Love David Readman.
  12. There's a few there that I love, but I may have to agree with you about the original. Ridiculously ahead of Its time. Imagine listening to that in 1970. That's two years before I was born FFS.
  13. One that we all know and love from that '91 sweet spot. The debut is killer also, but this one is very special to me. Is this a "no skip album" IMO? No! This is a "get a screwdriver and remove the skip button in case you accidentally hit it" album. One of the best ballads ever and OMFG, What an opener!!! I've also posted the incredible demo of "Lonely Without You", which would have fitted nicely on this one.
  14. If you're gonna go Metal with this one then this is the way to do it. Both killer versions, especially "Diamond Head". They didn't fuck with the rhythm.
  15. I haven't seen it, but apparently there's a character called "Ozzie Ostrich". Aussies of my vintage will get a kick out of that. We grew up with "Ossie Ostrich".
  16. Nice try, but it's a no from me. The one thing you can't mess with in this song is the rhythm. It's all about the rhythm.
  17. Ha! That was before my time, but i've read all about it. It was quite the kerfuffle.
  18. It's not even that great of a song, so don't worry about it mate. As I've mentioned before, I am a shit stirrer.
  19. I had to add these two great moments of Pop Culture.
  20. I really fucking love this song. I was gonna post these in the "Cover Songs" thread, but I thought this track deserved a thread of its own. I've saved my favourites for last. The "Dino Jelusic/Micky Crystal" version is next level, "Adagio" do a great version which differs from the others and the "Gotthard" version is...well, it's Gotthard. I remember getting and watching "Made in Switzerland", seeing all the young hot chicks in the massive audience and thinking, I'm living in the wrong country.

Mate, If you really want to get annoyed then check this one out. If the Trump administration was making comments or responding to questions in this manner then it would be all over the international news. On a side note, Jen Psaki seems like a real piece of work. I've seen a few of her addresses. Arrogance personified. From day one of Trumps Presidency Sean Spicer copped it hard. To a point where the poor bastard had to resign, in small part thanks to SNL's brutal portrayal of him. I love SNL, so I'm waiting to see who they cast in the Jen Psaki parody. I think I'll be waiting a while. In the not too distant future, they won't be able blame the bad orange man for things. Lets see how they go then.
  22. Amazing! All this time I thought Jeff Scott Soto was Puerto Rican... who knew?
