    SPAM!

Just so you have some ammo next time you get a spammer, whether 'round these parts or elsewhere, I made a spam-specific post in the smilies thred. CSS (Counter Spam Smilies)
  2. Since there have been so many issues with spammers lately, I thought this would be useful to do now, rather than wait until they come up in their order on the page:
  3. I remember when LT hit the scene. First Time was a fantastic song. I loved when God Blessed Texas hit too! Great tune. I'll never forget sitting in my car crying after a girl and I had a discussion as I dropped her off and realized things just weren't going to work out. Not much longer after I pulled out of her drive and What Might Have Been came on. Sitting at that stop sign and crying is still so vivid in my memory all these years later. And I remember picking up my friends (a bunch of little hair metal freaks like me) and saying listen to this ballad and playing WMHB and them going "Wow!"... and them them being shocked when the next song that played was Only Thing I'm Sure Of. haha
  4. I think I've heard that last song before. (Or it's very similar to something else 3DD.) I really liked Heaven. Other songs weren't bad either, but more growers, though I kinda dug the first song too.

    ESPN people

With all of the bad ESPN news, I figured this would be a welcomed breath of fresh air. Click my orange arrows
  6. Holy shit! I forgot all about this. I think I may have even missed, or just forgot, all about "Urvin Meyer". This video is
  7. It seems like a never-ending journey, but, I'm finally going to get married. I would have thought it would have happened long before, but, after plenty of bumps in the road, I've finally found "the one". Ladies and gentlemen, please meet the future Mrs. HSF: Her name is Kate Upton. She's 19 years old. Aside from the fact that I am twice her age, it's patently obvious that I'm head over heels for this woman and we will make it work. I'm so in love and can't wait for the day. For anyone contemplating wedding gifts (and believe me, we don't expect them; your blessings and good wishes are more than enough), we are registered at Frederick's of Hollywood, Victoria's Secret, and Alejandro's Warehouse of Whips, Chains, and Accessories. Finally, it's a surprise wedding. (Come to think of it, it's been a surprise love too.) So, I'd greatly appreciate it if you happened to run into her if you'd not yet congratulate her so you didn't ruin the wonderful surprise for this lovely creature that has captured my heart (and a few other body parts as well). And, to celebrate my joy, a gift for you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U62stubaal4 Thanks in advance for all your well-wishing! **disclaimer** I've GOT to start getting some sleep! My delusions are getting worse (or in this case, better) as time goes on. But I'm sure she'd be disappointed it was only a delusion if she ever met me.
  8. Nice lookin' ride; that's tits!
  9. It's been years since I've done any trading or anything, but Terry was always a scholar and a gentleman in every transaction we completed.
  10. Are you shitting me? I can't fucking post posters ANYWHERE anymore without having them suspect to just fucking disappearing. The reason I hadn't posted in so long was because all the stuff I had on my imageshack account were lost because all of a sudden, and with no warning, I had no ability to log in. My username and password didn't work. So I finally try flickr, with a July 4 present and this is what happens. Why is it so fucking difficult to host pictures and let them be posted?
  11. Put the iPod back in the car for the first time in AGES. 14. Oh yeah. Not comparing. Mili (and his version of Hallelujah) are difficult to compare anything else to and have them stand up. That said, I still liked it. I would like to change a little phrasing and how high his voice went a few times, but the fact that it was Timberlake and I was giving my seal of approval is what bothered me. There aren't TOO many versions of this song that I don't like, though.

I love comments like that because so many of us are used to pulling tail like that and can afford to be so judgmental. If you want to see the definition of great body/butterface: But, to me, that doesn't even matter because of this: I could so Love Angelina! (Aside from the fact that I'll never have a shot with any of them, I'm no Brad Depp, Tom Damon, or Hugh Brand (or whoever the girls are after these days), so I have no way to bag on any of these lovlies.)

Something about Christy Hemme always got to me; I think it's partially the red hair and partially that she's just so fucking hot!
  17. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=guL4KgkheoM How it kills me to be posting this, but God forgive me, I actually like this version of the song. It really reminds me of solo Butch just after he released/toured Left of Self-Centered. Or acoustic Jon and Richie. Matt Morris really completes the version.

    Books

Just finished Dave Mustaine's AB called Mustaine. I wasn't really expecting much, other than some insight into the whole Metallica story. Wow, it's amazing how bad that issue has screwed the guy up over the years. It's also nice to see that after so long being a tortured soul, he appears to have a bead on how to live a fulfilling life without all of the vices that screwed him up and would ultimately end his marriage if he had continued. That and with his "religious", or lack there of, past and all the roads he'd traveled, how he finally accepted a higher power and how it has grounded him and helped him quell his demons. A really well-written, fast, entertaining read. Even if you weren't a fan of metal, I would suggest it because I thought it was that good. About 75% through Drew Brees' AB and just started Belinda Carlisle's bio as well. I'm just a fan of the bios.

How could I forget? She's the only one of them I ever met.
  21. Oh holy hell! I tried the Hell or High Watermelon Wheat beer from 21st Amendment Brewery. Sounds like it might not be bad, right? Sam Adams Cherry Wheat is a pretty good beer, so it stands to reason. Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. After you get used to it, it kind of subsides from being downright gross to "OK, I can drink this", but I'm pretty disappointed.

You ain't shittin' there! There have been a lot of examples of crazy behavior after suffering an injury (finishing matches/wrestling with concussions, HHH wrestling with a quad rolled up like a window shade (completely off the bone), guys blading and accidentally opening a gusher/losing a lot of blood. But I'll be damned if the craziest thing I've ever seen isn't from Sabu and Terry Funk's no rope/barbed wire match from Born to Be Wired. Sabu launching himself toward the turnbuckle, Funk moving, and Sabu ripping a gash down his bicep. After screaming in pain for a second, he turns to Fonzie and asks him to go get him some tape. The crazy bastard proceeds to tape up his arm while the Funker is kicking at him and finishes the match. (Also, after the pinfall, both men being entwined in barbed wire and tangled together and needing to be cut free.) There will never be anything like ECW. There's some crazy shit over in Japan and I'm sure elsewhere here in the States, or anywhere, but ECW was lightning in a bottle. (Plus, in the spirit of the thread, there were Beulah, Tammy Sytch, and Kimona!) Oh, and Stacy is, by far, my favorite diva ever!
