  1. Crap album...wasted your money mate! Yep. The album sucks but the band Whoops is pretty cool... Funny. I thought "Wrong Thread" was decent, but couldn't stand the rest of their catalogue.
  2. Nah, don't worry. I got a few $130 bills myself. They're perfectly legit. Canada has $130 bills also..? I didn't know that.. No, I meant I have $130 US bills. In Canada we have $128 bills. Sorry for the confusion.
  3. Hi, I see them in the queue, there are a few listed ahead of them. I didn't look to see if you did anything wrong with the submission but no worries. I think it is just a time thing. We work on it in our spare time. Me, I'm doing my fall planting. Don't laugh, seriously. Hey, Fall's the most important time to plant. My aunt and uncle own a nursery. I did not realize that what you plant in the Fall will be three times (if I'm not mistaken) more mature in a year, than if it were planted in the Spring. You bet, I bought a bunch of perennials at half price and been placing them along a cedar fence line. I did NOT know about the better maturity if planted in the fall...good to know, thanks! Yeah, I believe it's because of all the rain of the Fall, Winter, and Spring. And they still get roughly the same amount sunlight during those seasons, but it's not so hot, so they don't burn.

  6. Yesterday it was Electric Boys - Sometimes U Gotta Go Look For the Car soley for the fact my dad said, "Is this Electric Boys?" I replied, "Yep." All proud if himself he said, "Pretty good for my first guess, eh!"
  7. Wasn't there a band called NRG that released a track for the "Transformers: The Movie" soundtrack? And then they changed their name shortly after? I'll check these guys out, but whatever happened to the other group? If I recall correctly, the song on the soundtrack kicked serious ass!
  8. Happy Happy Birthday, Where All Your Dreams Come True I Celebrate Your Birthday, So I Can Party, Too!!
  9. I admire this guy. No bullshit. Just right to business. Dead set on improving the main site. Good on ya.
  10. Kareteci Kiz It's a Turkish karate film from 1973.
  11. My favorite from an awesome cd! Yeah, such a great album. I really hope those two continue to work together. I think "Angel" might be my favourite. I remember the first time I heard it, I was taken aback by those shots leading into the chorus. Definitely was not anticipating it. "Bullets" came on my playlist today, and even my dad got right into it. He asked, "Who is this?!" I told him, "They're called 'The Magnificent.'" Then we both laughed. Those Scandinavians, and they're band names. This cd, (for me) came out of nowhere. I heard no word of this coming out, and then it was out and I heard some samples, and I was stunned how good it was. This was my album of year for 2011. I guess you really haven't been here too long, 'cause everyone around these parts was raving about it months prior to its release. I, however, am always a little slow at getting around to new releases. I'm only 25, so there are so many bands, and their respective albums, that I need to get caught up on first. Although, this year I've done alright to keep myself in the know. I have been coming to this site for many years and over at melodicrock.com and don't remember anything about til a week before it came out. Huh. That is odd. Well, I imagine it was a welcomed surprise.
  12. This bastard's already over 10% on his way to the next milestone. Ian, you sir are an inspiration.

  15. Oh, this is priceless! The tell tale crinkling of cellophane...just make sure to have a bag or two of chips up there to "mask" the sound. And it is priceless the things we do to fuel the obsession. Sad Isn't it? grown men having to hide stuff that they buy. My wife doesn't tell/show me every shirt, pair of shoes etc. that she buys. And you should try confronting her about that. Then let us know how it goes.
  16. So I just picked up the Cooper's IPA kit, and I'm starting to think I should have purchased a few more items. The nice thing about the Brew House kits is it includes everything you need. Or, am I wrong? Is everything I need inside this can?
  17. Glen, will you please explain what the Interesting Thread is all about? Dammit, I was just gonna ask the same thing. I believe Ian has this thread mixed up with another. Actually, I might take it further and suggest he might have this site confused with another. He may also have us mistaken for someone that cares about his culinary decisions.
  18. Got myself a beer making equipment kit, but no beer kit. My brother's first brew will be ready on Tuesday. I should pick up a kit tomorrow or Monday, and get this shit started.
