  4. I have too many favorites to list, but if you have Pandora you can see or listen to my Christmas Playlist there. So far I have 142 songs. I'll be adding more next week. Let me know if the link does/doesnt work. https://pandora.app.link/VU0s6RYTtcb
  5. Not too many here talk about Blues music or older classic rock so his name may not be familiar. West was known mostly for his Guitar work. Ive been a fan and listener to the music of Leslie West (Mountain) since the late 70s. Although Mountain wasnt around very long really West had a good solo career. I really enjoyed his Blues music. Because of his weight he did have many medical problems including Diabetes which caused him to lose part of one of his legs. R.I.P. Leslie. https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/leslie-west-dead-1106777/
  6. I love talking politics. I have for years. I have no problem with people voicing their opinions, and hell no they dont have to agree with me. BUT, if your the type of person that has to call people names, dont believe others can have different opinions and troll just to start shit then just keep walking. If your not mature enough to have a normal conversation about anything without causing problems why would I and anyone else want to even talk to you? Over the years Ive met plenty like that, I ignore them and dont even answer because I know they are only looking for a fight. People like that dont have a real argument using truth. Since they dont they only attack instead of discuss.
  7. I have been a Kansas fan since their first album. Really enjoying this CD. This song reminds me of a cross between Belexes and Journey From Mariabronn.
  8. Same here in Michigan. in the 70s this weekend. The snow is pretty Christmas day but Im fine with the 70s the rest of the year. LOL
  9. Im suprised no one has posted about this yet. A wonderful actor and Ive read all around good man. His wife says that he had Dementia for several years so that may have been a contributing factor to his death. But he died quietly in his home in the Bahamas, at the age of 90. Although not my favorite I still loved his Bond movies. R.I.P. Sir Connery. https://www.eonline.com/de/news/1204204/sean-connery-battled-dementia-before-death-wife-says
  10. Spot on young lady. Except for a few of my years while in the Military Ive always lived where there is cold & snow every winter. I FU*KING hate winter!! The cold, the snow, the ice, the shoveling, driving in it, scraping windows. If my job didnt pay so well I would move to someplace that doesnt have it in a heartbeat!! You have to love doing things in the snow to be anywhere near it!!
  11. Totally agree 1000% Dan. They all have attacked him since before his election and he has stood tall and done his best the make America better for ALL Americans. For me polls are just too Bias, and even as much as Id like to believe some of them I dont believe they are correct. Ive always said the left will do anything & everything they can to win. It has always amazed me that so many can stay in office being so corrupt. WHY would anyone want that. Unless they were also part of the dishonesty & corruption. Im hoping for a Trump landslide!! MAGA All the Way!!
  12. I was reading it just minutes ago too. Im sure this will be a major story. He was an icon for several generations. I knew he had been sick but I did Not know it was this bad. Was I not up to date? Has it been Very serious for a long time? What a sad sad surprise for me and so many others. You will be missed Eddie. R.I.P. Brother. https://www.latimes.com/obituaries/story/2020-10-06/eddie-van-halen-guitar-dies-65
  13. He has passed away from colon cancer. Total surprise, for me at least. I remember seeing a pic of him a few months back and he was REALLY thin, but he blew it off with an excuse. I always enjoyed his movie roles. R.I.P. Sir. https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/chadwick-boseman-marvel-black-panther-dies-colon-cancer-024040826.html
  14. Might as well, no one else around. LOL
  15. Good news, the Trump rally's are going to start again soon. But all the haters as expected are saying he cant do that, what about the virus? Oh and these are the same people that didnt mind & supported all the protests & riots. Freaking losers.
  16. The first time I heard Brians voice on a Bad Company CD I had to find out who this great singer was. And Im a huge Nugent fan, what a surprise it was to find out Brian sang with him too. That was almost 20 years ago. I have been a fan of Brians music ever since. I Loved his version of BadCo. Very sad of his passing, I know he will be missed by many. R.I.P. Brian
  17. Watched 1917 AND Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker both Saturday night. I thought 1917 was pretty good I love a good war movie. Loved The Rise Of Skywalker. So many surprises. With so much shutting down, so much will be delayed now. Im betting we dont see Any kind of Star Wars movie for at least 3 years.
  18. I had no idea either. Fighting it for three years. Always liked Rush and Ive always heard Neil was a monster (the best) on drums. Sad loss. R.I.P. Neil
  19. Holy Crap i just came back for the first time since posting that. I didnt realize the letters were so big. If I remember right I copied & pasted the first two words from someplace and the words there werent normal size either. LOL
  20. Bohemian Rhapsody, Ive enjoyed Queen since the mid 70s. Ive never bought a lot of their music though. Other bands Id rather pay for. My son gave the DVD to me for Christmas. I enjoyed it. Its a good story, which I already knew. But seeing it, not reading it was better. I probably would have eventually watched it on TV, but wouldnt have bought it. Freddie Mercury had the imagination & flair to take the band places they probably wouldnt have gone without him. Another 70/80s era band that could over fill stadiums. I can see them still being very popular today if Mercury was still alive. And I loved the version of the band with Paul Rodgers. Havent watched or heard them with Adam Lambert though. In all enjoyed the movie.
  21. Hope everyone has a great Christmas
  22. Always loved his music. Sad news. R.I.P. Eddie :(
