My theory is that the soap mixed with the water causes the wetness and without the soaps presence there would be no wetness at all, but again this is just a theory.

Earthquake here on Friday morning (only 2.5) I was cycling through where it was supposed to be - at the time it was suppose to have happened and didn't feel a thing. Maybe the bike suspension absorbed the rumbles.
